Garlic Spam Musubi
This Is our version of the "swoon-worthy Hawaiian snack" (The Washington Post) in the tradition of Japanese onigiri. We season and sear a slice of Spam, place it on a bed of white rice, add flavor with our sweet shoyu sauce and garlic crisps, and wrap the whole thing in nori.
Hot Miso Soup
Our take on the traditional Japanese soup consists of dashi stock, miso paste with diced tofu added.
Side of Spicy Edamame
A preparation of soybeans in the pod which is popular throughout Asia. Our version is seasoned with a Pokeworks special spicy recipe combining togarashi, sugar and kosher salt to bring out all the flavor.

I ordered the Sweet Shoyu Tofu bowl and was honestly impressed. The tofu was firm and perfectly marinated in that sweet shoyu flavor — not too salty, just right. The combo of shredded kale, cucumber, edamame, avocado, and sesame seeds made it feel super fresh and balanced. I loved that it was fully vegan and gluten-free but still felt like a hearty meal. The rice was fluffy and soaked up the flavor really well. Definitely one of the better poke-style bowls I’ve had in Houston...

Stopped by for a quick dinner and was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff. The portions were generous, and the team gave great recommendations. Jonah was especially helpful and kind, which made the experience even better. The fish and other ingredients were incredibly fresh and high quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!
