I use to love coming here to dine in with the family but after the few times I've had a bad experience I am not coming back here again. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at this Pollo Campero. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service received. Firstly, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The yucca pieces were hard and cold, and when I asked for them to be made fresh, they were simply refried in the same grease, which did not resolve the issue. Additionally, the fries were also cold, and I had to request that they be made fresh, which was met with a negative attitude from the staff. The behavior of the staff was equally disappointing. The cashier exhibited a negative attitude and gave us dirty looks as we dined. When a drink spilled at our table, the same cashier did not clean it properly and continued to display unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, my fiancé tried the sauerkraut and almost vomited due to its acidic taste, clearly indicating it was no longer good. When we brought this to the manager's attention, she reacted offensively and with attitude, refusing to provide us with a receipt to further complain. I hope this situation is taken seriously and that the necessary measures are taken to improve the quality of the food and customer service at your establishment.

It's the app and the "coupons, points, or deals" that are not ok. They don't work online or in the store! The food is great as always. It's from my dad's home country so it's very important to me. Idk why the system can be fixed.

After coming for many years I never thought I’d experience such a horrible service from this location. The lady in the drive thru was extremely heavy set with her tone. I always try to emphasize with workers but I believe it’s never right to speak to guest in that manner. I ordered the 20 pc meal with all fried pieces and they ended up giving me half n half. The fried chicken was burnt and the grilled chicken was thin! Once I got home and realized I paid nearly $70 for horrible food. I went back to the location and spoke to the one in charge. Her name was Aineth. Still she was very rude and only wanted to exchange only SOME of the burnt chicken. I demanded for her to exchange it all but unfortunately she only allowed me to changed the fried only. But please be aware, always check your orders. Terrible service.
I order 4pc special they on gave me 2 tortillas at first but then I got talked to lady and told her that is not right then she told me that is part of the owner orders, I can go to EL POLLO REGIO and they give me 4-5 tortillas in one order I may going to think twice

Why would you serve old food to customers? Treat people how you would like to be treated! I ordered a 4-piece dark with beans and mac and cheese. Everything was old. The tortillas tore apart like paper, the chicken was so dry because it was old, and the mac and cheese was terrible.

Two days, in a row, my order was wrong. I was gaslit into thinking I made the mistake the first time and convincing someone to mistakenly make a positive review, even though their order was also wrong. These were my first two and last two times at the restaurant as even though I loved their food, I will be discouraging this location to anyone in the future.
