The treatment they give is horrible. Recently I went to order by drive, the youngest employees are in super bad shape. I will never go to this place again in my life. What good is the food? The food is good and the service is horrible.

The truth is that I really like free-range chicken and every time my family comes to visit Houston, TX we go to buy it but this time I was disappointed, I know that things have gone up in price but if they raise the price the quality should not go down and We bought to eat there and also to take away but seriously the legs and wings look like a pigeon, the legs look like it was a part of the wing and the wing is definitely so small that you can't eat anything anymore I'm not saying no But they passed, I didn't know whether to get angry or laugh, it seemed like a joke.

I went to this location yesterday via drive through and ordered the 3pc meal... When I got ready to eat the chicken I noticed the chicken was not cooked all the way, it was still pink with red/pink liquid/juices flowing from it. So I had to leave work just to go back up there for them to either change it out or refund me my money... When I got there and explained why I wanted to return the food I was greeted with the manager who had a bad condescending attitude. She told me the chicken was cooked because they have it on a timer, but it couldn't have been cooked if it was still red/pink in the middle... She then proceeds to say I'm always in there doing this, I was puzzled and that threw my whole mood off because no ma'am I do not visit campero often, I rather go to Popeyes before I'll go to campero and the times I have visit this location there wasn't a issue, this was my first time having a problem with this location and if I have to bring back food because it was not cooked correctly, I refuse to return to that establishment...I felt insulted and stereotyped... I also felt it was racist... So I will not be returning...

It is unfortunate that such a prestigious Guatemalan company is in decline in this city, I wanted to come to Pollo Campero located at 5616 Bellaire Blvd, Houston Texas, the facilities were all dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting, the beverage dispenser was dirty, at the time we were ready to eat The collaborator or employee with long red hair began to clean the hallways with a broom but he also cleaned the seats with the same broom. Likewise, when serving people he yelled at the other employees like crazy, it's a shame that I got a bad feeling impression of the restaurant ?

On the weekend I ordered food through the Drive Thru, I only ordered 8 pieces of nuggets. When I took the order, the lady told me that there were 8 or 12 and I asked for the 8 piece, she told me she wants a combo, I told her Yes, I ordered potatoes and macaroni since she He told me that he had two companions at the time of paying, he told me that it was $29.01 and I did like that ???because so much and he told me very rudely, you asked for a combo and the truth is I didn't take the order, it was too expensive for me, it was my first time buying there But those prices are very expensive and they are very rude. If I could I wouldn't give it a single star. This was the third time I visited this place with my three children and husband (Other times we visited Macdonald but we chose to look for other options and so we came here) but to our bad luck there was the tall young man with long red hair who wears a ponytail and very bad taste he served us. We decided to order a combo of four since my husband doesn't like chicken and didn't want to eat. The order was four pieces, two potatoes and two breads. At the time of serving, they only gave us one potato as a side, so my husband went to the young man and told him that we needed the two loaves, so this young man angrily and shouted at the young woman at the register, “and you, please.” What did you tell him that that combo had bread? And they only threw a ball of bread on my plate. At that point I got up and quietly told him that I also needed a potato and he shouted at me with his peculiar way of speaking that the two potatoes went together on the same plate since they were small and they had been put together. Everyone just watched the way he treated us. But it was so clear how he served people that they did order large combos. I understand that on weekends there are a lot of clientele that come but instead of having a good time with my children since the youngest preferred this place we rather felt embarrassed and treated discriminately. Although it was 23 dollars that we consumed, it is not for this person to have exposed us to those present in a vulgar manner and with a gesture as if we were asking him for something. Believe me, we all feel bad and it is the last time I visit with my family there. Apparently I'm not the only one since most of the comments are related to the same thing. Terrible customer service. They should at least verify the proper management of the establishment because it was more than clear that this boy is the one who manages a hostile and humiliating environment.
