Stay away from this place. The most important aspect of this establishment is the chicken and the service and they are both completely off. The chicken is very dry and once I asked how long ago they cooked the poultry I got a rude response claiming it was cooked fresh the morning of. The final straw for me was the night of the 16. I reviewed their hours of operation and policy of cash only on google so I proceeded to place an order knowing that it was 1 hour before closing and it would give me enough time to get cash out of the atm and pick up my food with 20 min to spare. Upon arrival to the establishment I noticed they had the open sign off signaling the establishments closure for the day. However when I approached the front window the female employee rudely told me that my food had been sold due to the fact that they were on the verge of closing. I responded claiming that I had not received a phone call or a notification for this to happen and that I had spent time and additional resources to obtain cash for their ridiculous cash only policy. (It’s 2023 no one has cash). Instead of deescalating the situation she processed to blaming me for coming in late and placing an order late. I did the most responsible thing which was leave and share my experience so no has to deal with an absurd situation as such

Idk if this is the same owner as the one on canal st but we got here at the one on Broadway at exactly 9am and there was a guy sitting outside saying nothing was ready till 9:30am but yet there google business page says there open at 9am. False advertising, never coming here again

Chicken was a little dry. It's been a while and I have been here before , depending on who is working will determine if your plate will be a good portion and flavourful or skimpy and dry.
