Pollos Asados Los Regios

My favorite thing was the sausage and the green sauce. The chicken didn’t have a lot of flavor and was a little dry. The tortillas weren’t cooked properly, ripping apart while preparing tacos. The rice was a little raw and so were the beans, they were so watery. Service was fast but not good. When we got the food they literally just left the food at the window and walked away. As a server, costumer service is also an important part of the food industry. Good service makes people want to come back. Even in food trucks. Personally wouldn’t go back.

The lady from the bus didn't want to sell me salchichas,and they were still have them because 3 customers came and order chicken and sausage. I pay for the all chicken, and I want it to pay them the difference for the salchichas. The women screaming at me told me that didn't have anymore. I told her that 3 customers order salchicha,and she sold it to them insted of me. I wasn't asking anything for free. I don't recommend this place to any Hispanic people because thy discriminate me.

The food was terrible and it's very unfortunate that I have to experience this and have experienced it on several occasions why can't these people get their act together do I have to contact the Texas health department why is this allowed to happen over and over and I'm sure other customers have experienced the same issue the chicken is always dry and burnt I have very high reason to believe that they make the chicken sometime early in the morning or afternoon and then when it gets cold they just throw it back on the grill again and burn it no one is wanting to pay for a bag of charcoal if that's the case I'll just go to the store myself and purchase some and the beans are too salty and seem to have the taste as if they are several days old I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE******** DO NOT EAT HERE, YOU WILL GET SICK!!!

We have to teach the ladies who are collecting to collect, why can't they take half cash payments, half card payments!!! That the owner hasn't taught them they say!!!!
The lady should be kinder, just as she takes orders from the gentlemen, she should serve everyone equally. And in my order the chicken came out incomplete. It's supposed to be a whole chicken and it only had one leg!!! I hope they can fix that!

They are no longer in the place. I have been going for 2 weeks and they are no longer there. Don't waste your time going. I call them and they don't answer.

Love this place but it’s too pricey. Only for special occasions.

Horrible first and last time I buy there

The food is ok, the customer service is horrible. The one who charges you has an unfriendly face and is super rude. She looks super tired of her life or work. rude cashier and the 2$ for an itty bitty extra sauce is was took me out lol. Never coming here again.
