The food was amazing. The service was pathetic. We door dashed food and afterwards my girlfriend called them to ask them to modify the order to include only dark meat and add jalapenos. They refused and said that the order was already being picked up, which was a flat out lie because the door dasher had not even been assigned to the pickup yet and she called right after placing the online order. This was unacceptable and the people on the phone were rude. They hung up on her. The food was great, but the place needs some new employees because the current ones are not doing a very good job.

I understand that we're under critical stress let alone chaos dealing with this coronavirus. But it's no excuse to serve poor customer service. Last week, three days ago 04/24/20 I ordered two 5 spicy wing dinners one with fries nd the other with red beans.
Got home nd the chicken wasn't spicy, let alone not fresh. The workers were kewl nd all right it's the product I spent my money on that wasn't satisfying.
Black ppl don't get enough credibility as it is, I expected more due to thinking we'd look out for each other. Wasn't much of a Popeyes guy but atm won't be returning At least to that one
