Took long to make my food and other people after me got there food first then They act like they couldn’t hear me when I was trying to get there attention walking back in forth and the other person was standing in the corner doing nothing until I started show my agitation with high tone. Definitely was disappointed

My experience here is usually great. The only issue I had today was the quality of the food I received. I’m not sure how old it was but the pictures should show it. Please do better

The people who work there are horrible and disrespectful like they don’t want to work there. I came inside to pick up my mobile order. Wanted to order some fries and they had a promotion on the app for a free biscuit. I left and the lady working the front forgot to give me my biscuit i called to complain how they forgot my biscuit. The lady she said she was manager said that when i come next time they will give it to me. I ordered my son that day some chicken sandwiches online went and picked it up in the drive thru. Saw the same lady who was working the front with a bad attitude told her and she went and got it gave it to me. And i was like hey you were the one who forgot it and she said with and attitude well there u have it. And i called again to complain to management about her stanky attitude and then the manager decided to tell me over the phone that they supposedly looked at the cameras and decided to switch up and said the lady put it in there which is a total lie because i did not receive my biscuit and decide to argue with me. First time and only time i will order from here people there are rude and have bad customer service and blame the customer for them forgetting. Not giving them my money ever again.Receipt said her name is Keiry. She has a very bad attitude and looks like she don’t want to be there

I dont see my comment any more from lastnight. The Owner responded and said try using the mobile app and that's what i used. This place is not helpful with resolving issues. Don't waste your hard earned money eating here. The customer service sucks and Management acts as if they don't want to do there JOB. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

Yesterday we spent 60 dollars, apart from the fact that the spicy chicken had a bad smell, the person who was serving served very poorly, it seems that he is always in trouble. They should be more organized to work, why don't they have patience, one goes with the money, not to ask for a gift

I didn't like the manager's treatment. It was his turn to serve me at the window and before I told him my order he told me to move forward because there is a line. Just because I asked if there were any promotions. He told me to look at the menu on the phone and then come in. (I understand when there is a line one must be punctual. But there was no one behind me)

For this type of food, always go during peak hours: you may have to wait to be served, but the food is hot out of the fryers instead of being under the heat lamps!

Bad service with the Cook Dayana and she is very abusive, they should train the staff to give good service
On 2 occasions he made me wait too long
First on December 31, 2024 I have to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich
And on Sunday night, January 13, her colleagues asked her to put wings for 20 minutes and she had given them to us so I decided to cancel my order.

I was watching them make and prep my food and literally no ones wearing any gloves that right there tells me this place is dirty even if it does look clean.

I didn't enjoy my spicy chicken at this location it may have had too much flour. However I've been here a few times and I don't think they are following the cooking instructions correctly. Someone please help them out.

This location is pathetic. Extremely slow service. I was told 7 minutes to wait from ordering from the drive thru. Then they had us pull around. Them we waited and watched people walk in, be served right away and we’re just sitting here. There was no apology and the woman Judith has an ugly attitude. As if she just doesn’t care. Will never return and highly do not recommend unless you want to waste time waiting and then get served cold food.
Posting this and then calling corporate most definitely.
