I waited in a drive through line for over 15 minutes and then at the drive through window for over 10 minutes and as I’m typing this I’ve been asked to wait at the door for someone to bring out an UBER EATS ORDER. There are also lots of folks out here who are struggling with homelessness and the area around the store isn’t fully developed. Find another Popeyes. Do not come here. Especially at night. That’s all. Byeeee

Bad, very bad customer service. And when they gave us the food. One piece of chicken had a bad smell. The manager has horrible service and yells at people

Good food, but you have to take in account human error. Sometimes they have new people. You have to repeat your order, sometimes your order is wrong. But the food is consistent with other places, just have some patience and you'll have good food.

Poor customer service… no name tag …. And not paying attention to customer orders very slow I came thu the drive-thu at 7:35 pm didn’t get my order until 8:08 pm

The dining room was dirty, and the fountain drink station was not working. The team member was running a report on her register. I had to wait. I asked her to combo my meal, and she said it was with one side only when the sticker on her counter window shows 2 sides with a biscuit. The chicken was cold, and the chicken tasted like old cooking oil. I asked for a biscuit, and she said they were out. The customer behind me started yelling at her asking so you not gonna make any more biscuits. I paid $8.66, chicken was $5 special & rest is combo and taxes.

Nelly the manager was rude and don’t know how to de-escalate problem if a customer had one. Mira she was helpful yes but her mouth was sassy with a sprinkle of attitude. When I was asking for her hire up info and how to spell the managers name correctly she told me I was doing too much . Definitely will never spend my money at no local Popeyes in AMERICA because they all hire back talkers and sassy people !

The prices are ridiculous they serve me cold chicken I had to loop back around and crackheads live right outside The prices are outrageous like I'll give them one year for all of them to close down.

I experienced the most racism everrrr! I work 12 hrs this at work didn’t eat anything, open up my Popeyes app & ordered me two apple pies. Said my order will be ready within 4 mins . Clocked up went straight to Popeyes. I went through the drive thru.told the lady I had a mobile order it’s under my exact name. And order number 27. She said ok pull up, it was an Hispanic lady. I got to the window she I retold her everything I said at the speaker. She said ok. She comes back to the window and said the manger which is a “ Hispanic lady” said she needs to see your confirmation number. I then told her it wasn’t a confirmation number that the Order was under my name. I’ve been there before never had this issue they ask the name on Order I told them & got my food. But this day no. Sh insist that I show her. And I told her it wasn’t nothing but my name & order number which I told her. She said oh well and close the window in my face. Mine yall I’m tired ash & haven’t ate . Pulled into a parking spot got out & went in. The Hispanic lady “ manager “ I had recognized her from a previous situation. Were she held my card behind the register, telling me I needed to show her my code to get my food, after I already paid the high was weird. Anyways so I was like ma’am it’s no confirmation code but my name ! She said well if you can’t show me that number you can’t get your food. I was upset & hurt because I paid for my food, gave them everything they needed & she still didn’t give me my food. I state so a random person would just come through the drive thru & say my name & what I’ve gotten, she replied you never know. Smh! It wasn’t no black workers in there but Hispanics. They all ignored me, they service another Hispanic guy, but when I returned to the window the lady hurried up and left so she didn’t have to service me. I called the police, they never came. So I went back to the window and ask for a refund , she told me she couldn’t give me one that I had to file a dispute with my card. I was like how I’m in your establishment why not just refund me. I end up finding out that I could refund on app. But I will never eat Popeyes or at that location period. I was treated horribly and everyone act like I was the villain when imdeed I’m a good citizen and work very hard for my money & to get treated with Racism in front of everyone. Sad! I don’t know her name but she’s 5’6 or 5’7 Hispanic lady with black hair, she’s manager she had a black shirt. So be aware.

Update: I was looking at other reviews & came across another young lady post and seen this pic I screenshot it because THIS IS HER, she IS THE MANAGER WHO WAS BEING RUDE AND racists. The same one who held my card behind the register after I already paid, just ask to see Mr code smh. Baby GOD sit high and looks low!

Went in the lobby and waited and waited about 20 minutes.Being told that we would be helped shortly.It never happened. Then we tried to drive through and set behind a vehicle for another ten Minutes.... Got frustrated and went to the one on airline.... The service there was decent, but our order was not correct and we got shorted.Not knowing this until we got back to the hotel.... Popeye's just really disappointed us....
