I order about $100 with of food for my family of 6 the chicken was cold and some was missing. The biscuits were hard as rocks not too mention there was nothing sweet about the bitter sweet tea. This would've never happened at the popeyes close to me. Never again will w little York get any money out of us. Trash 🗑 🚮

I went inside to order, the girl at the counter was on her phone and I waited a minute before I asked if she could take my order she looked at me and moved 20 feet away turned and looked at me and continued to talk on her phone and I asked again if someone could take my order waited a couple of minutes and left the store.

Drive thru customer service is the best and I didn't have to ask for the napkins nor appreciate condiments and cutlery.

Went there yesterday I order mild got spicy chicken and wrong drink as well
Went today 4/15/2025 got 2 piece meal the 2 wings paid 10 sum dollars and got the special deal and I didn’t ask for that not coming here again this is the second time smh

I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order i was given something different. Why not tell me upfront or just don’t place the order. The manager acted like she didn’t care. I ordered butterfly shrimp but was given popcorn shrimp and a it was cold and tasted funny. I’m contacting every corporate office and posting this location on tik tok and every social media platform since they played in my face. Just disgusting and I will never eat at this location. Do not order online!
