Never ordering again. Ordered an 8 piece and they argued with me about THEM giving me 6 drumsticks, 1 wing and 1 thigh….. I swear it’s supposed to be 2 breast, 2 thigh, 2 wing, and 2 drumsticks. Horrible experience…. Need new management

The young man who served me was very friendly and courteous but to order a chicken sandwich there is a longer wait when you are going to eat inside the dining room.Parking: It's free but when I went there was a sheet of a blanket outside and a box of food and the employees came out and no one picked it up.

That place doesn't work, they do what they don't listen to the order well to charge customers more and then they tell you that they can't return the money back...terrible and unprofessional on their part.
Ask for fresh chicken got old chicken and then try to lie in my face about it and then even have the audacity to bring in all the other employees to also lie to me to tell me it was fresh. First of all fresh chicken takes 15 mins to cook and when it comes out it's literally steaming hot you can see the smoke come out when you tear it. I waited 5minutes in that line max and when I pulled up my food was already on the table I got super suspicious about it so I checked my food and it was warm. I worked in Popeyes before if they was so damn lazy they could of just put the old chicken in the fryer for 2 minutes and let me think it was fresh which is something yall do anyways but nah y'all was so lazy y'all couldn't even do that I was spending 40$ on the family meal of course I want My chicken fresh mind you they asked me if I wanted the whole order fresh and and I said nah the chicken only.

Evertime I give the the benefit of the of what ever they stand on they just don't pull through. Just shut it down just spent $45.57 for a family meal plus try they're famous wings B.BQ at that and HELL NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!. Need a great manager go to gett my order done over and still the same manager had an attitude on the way I spoken to her on how to package an order correctly. Poor

IF I were to be able to give 0; i would definitely give it ! Customer service was horrible, lady with the gray shirt may have been The manager was very rude and gave attitude. The food tasted so nasty. The rice and beans tasted old. The oil tasted as if it was reused. I did not like the vibe at all!
