Long wait, my chicken 🐔 was dry and cold!!! It was like it had sat there for a long time. My order was not fulfilled correctly (I was given only dark meat. I'm very disappointed 😞.

I kid yall not. One person in front of me. There order was 1 small box, maybe a 2 piece. I stood in line for 34 mins on the dot just to get a 4 piece tenders. This place always takes forever. Never coming back. Do not come here

The food was not good at all. The chicken wasn’t spicy( I ask for spicy) there was no seasoning at all. And it was dry. The red beans and rice was nasty!!! The rice wasn’t cooked. I took one bit and it was hard. I should had spent more gas and gone to a different location!!!

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The service was subpar from the start—the person taking my order seemed rushed and uninterested. Our total wait time in the drive-through line was at least 30 minutes, which felt excessive, especially since I only ordered three small items.

When I finally reached the window, I was asked to pull forward and wait for a moment. That "moment" turned into a 10-minute wait, forcing me to go inside to inquire about my order. After some time, I received my Chicken Tenders Meal, but I had to go back inside because they forgot one of my condiments.

To make matters worse, when I got home, the chicken tasted burnt and was inedible—we ended up throwing it away. While I understand that everyone can have an off night, the combination of poor service, long wait times, and unsatisfactory food quality made this a terrible experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location in the future.

They stole my money. I did not pick the food up. The manager claimed not to speak English. His brother thought it was funny. And his sister was rude. No way you can contact no out of the store manager. I spend $82 on two meals when I ask for one

I was hungry, I went to this place, I was waiting in line, no one helped me, they just arrived as if to do the math, no one told me at least give me a moment, I had to go to burger king, it's better to be there, it was quick

Staff didn’t feel like cooking my fiancé 24 wings, so they told him he was only allowed to get one flavor-ghost pepper.. he explained that he didn’t wanna order that & that’s not what the menu said, but they still refused to do it… he went to another Popeyes and they took care of him

Seriously how hard to get an order correct

I purchased the $20 deal. The chicken was cold, old and hard, the coleslaw and mashed potatoes was sour the rice/beans was hard. I tried calling first, several times, no one would answer and was not allowed to leave a message. My kids and granddaughter could not eat that meal and would like my money back.

Today is December 1st...

They are very rude people, a man had an accident while picking up his order and his food immediately fell out (not to mention that they started laughing at the man in the back)... and they told him that If you want your order again you have to pay again. The man was very sad and had to pay for everything again.... later my 13 year old daughter went to ask for a glass of water, and they denied her the water. They simply said we're not going here, water.... bad service, in the end the manager and two other employees stare at you very ugly.

Man Popeyes was my place but this is unacceptable looks like they got old oil with crumbs In it probably came from bottom of fryer was a waste of 30 dollars

I am afraid the food wasn't that much better.
Overpriced for sure.

Then young men working there tonight did a great job with my order ,it was fresh and Hot …
I went through the drive tru ,They were respectful and patient…I saw them working together to get orders completed….thanks again

The person on the intercom wasn't paying attention to anything I said, I kept having to correct him with what I said and my order still came out wrong.
