I went to this popeyes today. They gave my food to the driver infront of me and when I pulled up they said they gave the food to the other driver stating it was a doordash order with my same order. Im like okay I ordered through the app showed them my receipt they still didn't honor my order. They called the offsite store manager and was like I would have to request a refund. I did call the police who unfortunately stated it was a civil matter but that I can sue them. This location had multiple non English speaking workers and they just seemed lost and confused. I will be calling corporate and reporting this location. They know nothing about customer service especially since the error was on their end I shouldn't have known they made a mistake it would take nothing to remake my food. I never been to this location prior nor will they see me again. To reiterate NO FOOD AND NO REFUND.

This Popeyes SUCKS!! The team is extremely slow! Manager is no where to be found to help the team! Cashier can’t speak up and you can hear him a bit! This location needs a better manager who will run it and not allow his team to be alone

Walked in to order food and I seen maybe about 10 flies just flying all around the chicken, they had a ladies food just sitting on the counter by the register letting flies get on it. Flies were everywhere all over the food. DISGUSTING! Do not eat here.

Door dash took my food to the wrong place and I never received my order. Call y'all (Popeyes) over and over and no one pick up. So I lost money and didn't get my food

This the 3rd time I come to try the fried pickles and they never have them. The manager says that they discontinued already, if so why are they still showing on the menu. For a manager she’s very rude. The guy at the drive thru window was nice and he could tell I was upset. He tried his best to accommodate to me. I asked for no wings with my family meal, was even willing to pay extra and still receiving wings.

Long wait, my chicken 🐔 was dry and cold!!! It was like it had sat there for a long time. My order was not fulfilled correctly (I was given only dark meat. I'm very disappointed 😞.

I kid yall not. One person in front of me. There order was 1 small box, maybe a 2 piece. I stood in line for 34 mins on the dot just to get a 4 piece tenders. This place always takes forever. Never coming back. Do not come here

The food was not good at all. The chicken wasn’t spicy( I ask for spicy) there was no seasoning at all. And it was dry. The red beans and rice was nasty!!! The rice wasn’t cooked. I took one bit and it was hard. I should had spent more gas and gone to a different location!!!

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The service was subpar from the start—the person taking my order seemed rushed and uninterested. Our total wait time in the drive-through line was at least 30 minutes, which felt excessive, especially since I only ordered three small items.

When I finally reached the window, I was asked to pull forward and wait for a moment. That "moment" turned into a 10-minute wait, forcing me to go inside to inquire about my order. After some time, I received my Chicken Tenders Meal, but I had to go back inside because they forgot one of my condiments.

To make matters worse, when I got home, the chicken tasted burnt and was inedible—we ended up throwing it away. While I understand that everyone can have an off night, the combination of poor service, long wait times, and unsatisfactory food quality made this a terrible experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location in the future.

They stole my money. I did not pick the food up. The manager claimed not to speak English. His brother thought it was funny. And his sister was rude. No way you can contact no out of the store manager. I spend $82 on two meals when I ask for one
