THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE AND HAS HORRIBLE LISTENING SKILLS. MAN IN WINDOW CALLS MY ORDER BACK TO ME TWICE JUST FOR THEM NOT TO HAVE MY BEANS &RICE NOR MY FRIES IN THE BAG !!! THE THING IS THEY KNOW WHAT THEY BE DOING !IF YOU CHARGED ME FOR IT PUT MY ITEMS IN MY BAG !!!

Ordered (2) 16 piece meals spicy and regular.
I had 10 teens to feed. The food was fresh, and on point. This was a good size order through the drive through… they were grateful for the business, fast and efficient. Thank you for a job very well done.

I always order thru the drive thru or online and it seems like it depends on who is working. Normally my food is good and my order is correct. In this evening 4/22/25 I ordered my usual meal online. I got there to pick it up and the bag felt really hot and I thought it would be really fresh and also I always get a coke and have never had issues with how my drink tastes, so o didn’t taste it prior to pulling off because it normally tastes fine. I got home and untied the bag and realized that the extra sauces that I paid for were not there. I put my straw in my drink and the coke literally tastes like carbonated water with a hint of coke. My chicken I could tell was not fresh and some pieces were cold inside. A couple of the pieces just tasted weird and idk if they could’ve been borderline spoiled or what, but I spit it out. When I go and the older guy is there, my food has always been good and I didn’t see him tonight.

Terrible. Get it together people. Its called quality control. At least they gave me a hockey puck, well biscuit that is. Ordered the chicken strips with bold bbq. I live the bold bbq when they put it in the bag!!! No sauce, no napkins. The fried pickles, welllll terrible. Greasy, old grease. Im not asking for four star service, I am just asking for quality control. Thats all .

Very friendly service especially during lunch. I don't normally give an opinion on fast food but the fried chicken was some of the tastiest we've had in a while. Very pleasantly surprised!

Ordered a 5 piece strips meal, got a 2 piece meal. Make sure you read your order back to the cashier.

Dirty bathrooms. Missing two sandwiches and received only fresh in the box.

How come my order is always wrong?

The guy at the drive thru was extremely friendly and and the wings weren't my cup of tea but the quality was great. If I lived close I would definitely go back.

Need to fry better

There was no sweet tea. He stated they were making some. I was just past eating a little over a third of my meal and went to the counter to ask about the tea. The original person would not come to the counter, another person said he could give me sugar, and I can add it to the unsweetened one. Advised that doesn't work very well. After staying there a bit, the other worker came out and started making the sweet tea. The first person appears to have lied. Guess he didn't want to make any more that night. I'm not sure if I will ever come back here. There's another chicken place in that same shopping center. I'm going to give that one a try next time.

My spouse and I both repeated our one single meal order several times. I Illy trusted the fact, that the server repeated my order at the drive thru window. We arrived home and my order was incorrect. I tried calling the store several times and I did not get an answer. We will NOT return to this store. We were charged extra for my food choice and we received a leg instead of a thigh.

Didnt get my complete order. They have a tues special 2.99 2 piece. Ordered 6. Got 5.
They also.have an 8 piece deal same day. Would have been cheaper for (1) 8 piece and (2) 2 pieces.
Or about the same for (2) 8 pieces.

Roach in my sprite. What if I would’ve gotten a coke and didn’t see this?? Past few times I’ve been there it wasn't the same. Never again.
