I just left and ordered 5wings they gave me chicken from lunch it's awful and it's 6.49 pm.This make no sense when I call no answer.Is it possible someone could reply please. Gave me a cold fish sandwich and the mgr Louis didn't care someone needs to b train on customer service he did acknowledge me at all. Me personally would like for some to respond back to me ASAP. This is not good customer service at this location at all

The food is pretty good. Service is usually slow. The positive is the politeness and competence of the workers. They are usually on point.The manager Luis is combative and charges extra for free condiments, that have been free for the past 5 years. I do not think we will be going back prior to this it was mostly a good weekly lunch for us.

This is the worst location. I only keep going to this one because it's close to my home. But Everytime, either the wait or the quality of food is horrible. Not to mention false advertising that's confusing on their meals. If you can go to the location on El Dorado and I45. The food will be better and you wouldn't regret spending your money there, like I do Everytime I come to this location.

I paid 43.96 for a 16 piece tender family meal. Got home and 9 out of the 16 tenders seemed like they had been sitting under their heating lamp for hours and then Re-Dipped in the hot grease to re-sell. I drove back and showed the Mgr and asked her if she would eat that and surprisingly she said no. The employees need to understand that this is why their stores are closing. I'll pay the 43.96, and all I ask is to be given fresh decent food. I'll never go to this location again.

Most of the Popeyes restaurants in Texas are nothing like Louisiana Popeyes. The chicken is super bland, they don't butter the biscuits and they look at you crazy when you ask for honey and sparkle seasoning. Do better south Texas.

Lol, I waited so long in the drive-thru that I forgot I ordered a drink and didn't realize it until I got home. I am actually super curious how it can take 20-mins+ in line for 2 cars and maybe 1 person in-store at lunchtime.
