This location is works hard for their customers. However, the owner and regional manager truly need to provide better training. This would help on customer service. The team lead is great and she deserves more recognition and pay raise. Also, part of the training is to take 5 minutes a day to learn Spanish to help the Spanish cooker HELP with customers food orders.
The cooks also deserve recognition for working hard with little pay.

I couldn't figure out how to order through the app but thanks to the patience and compassion of General Manager Erica, she came around the counter and went through the process with me and took the time to explain things. They did have a short line but plenty of staff that took care of those customers rather quickly.
