I don't know if the guy that was running the place was on drugs today or if he was just having a bad day. You could tell in his mannerisms he doesn't care to be there and by the way he just threw my french fries into my bag upside down.I walked right back up to the counter maybe 30 seconds after them handing me the food, just to ask for some Cajun Sparkle, and he eventually turns around and the first words out of his mouth were "cash or card?" Immediately not recognizing me. Not that big of a deal, but the lack of effort for him searching for Cajun sparkle was kind of aggravating and he just eventually looked at me and says we don't have it.Then I go back to my car and realize that I have all the wrong sides and all of the food is cold. I walked back inside just to grab The correct sides and he welcomes me to Popeyes for the third time. Still not picking up that I'm the same guy. Horrible experience, and very cold food

It never fails, doesn’t matter what time of day or night you come to this location they never have chicken ready. They always say it’s going to be 10 mins and be 30+ mins. I could’ve fried my own chicken by then. They also forget that cars be waiting and when they bring out the orders be having them wrong.

i've been 2 days in a row ,they ask what you want then proceed to tell you they don't have it . why not just say what you don't have before asking for an order when you're clearly lacking in item management.

Ordered online 24 wings with sides and drinks The BBQ sauce nearly on two orders the one with sweet heat was just naked no sauce they were out of fruit punch and other sodas and total took over 45 mins to get out meal. Steap it up.

DO NOT USE YOUR BANK CARD OR CREDIT CARD HERE!!! There’s something strange going on at this Popeyes ….they have to use the drive through register to ring you up if you’re paying with card …the front register is only cash……but when they take your card they charge more than their supposed to…thinking you won’t find out right away and just walk out…don’t get me wrong idea….the food is as you would expect it to be…but they are stealing people’s money when you use a card…if you absolutely must have Popeyes…which I definitely understand the feeling…go to a different one…or use cash…myself and others have suffered so you don’t have to….

Just picked up an 8 piece family meal at 9:30 on Friday, 1/5/24. The guy gave me rice instead of the mash potatoes, no problem when I tell him. But he asks for the rice back, after I opened it, and gave it to the customer behind me. Also he gave me 3 small mashed potatoes instead of a large, and said it's the same thing. The best part is, I get home start eating the potatoes and immediately find a black hair in the gravy and its absolutelynot mine... for a $30 chicken meal, yall need to get it together.

The lack of customer service is ridiculous! Placing my order in the front counter and then I requested for fresh chicken, the manager said it’s fresh I said I’ll wait so as I’m waiting I hear the black male and another employee said that it’s fresh chicken and the manager tells the employee well I tried to tell him but he didn’t want to listen! REALLY??????????????? YOUR EMPLOYEES TALK ABOUT GUESTS LITERALLY TO THEIR FACE.
