Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

So I've come to this location several times and each time I've come the dining room has been dirty food all on the tables The condiments and things like that are not out for you to get you have to ask them and wait forever today when I came or set an ate my food and for 15 minutes nobody showed up in the drive-thru and they still didn't come out and clean the tables and makes you think that if they're outside is this dirty if when they're serving food if it's dirty as well. Customer service is horrible as well.

Don’t do it just go to a different location i’m thinking that would help them out and I still have to wait a long time for my order

I went for a walk and stopped on my way back. Gave my order for dine in and sat for 10 minutes and had to go to counter for my food and they didn't even have it ready. I wanted mild , not hot chicken and got hot. They didn't understand me and or I them. Got home and got the wingettes not chicken wings and can't eat it because it's so hot. O one answering the phone. . I'm not going back to that store and should have been someone who is multilingual working. Don't go here.

Store bumps orders so it makes it look like they have short ticket times...
It's how that cheat and deny corporate actually seeing the true ticket times...
For example, I've been waiting for nearly 15 minutes and they bumped order off screen so corporate does not see...
But I'll make sure corporate knows about this

Stay away from this location. My girlfriend ordered a tender combo from them and the chicken tasted sour. Pretty sure it was spoiled chicken because she got food poisoning.

This place is so incredibly slow. No matter what you order you are asked to sit in the parking lot to keep their times down instead of them being prepared.

The order takers and other staff completely ignored me. Barely glanced at me for at least, a full 7 minutes before ANYONE stepped to the register and acknowledged me. LOVE the new boneless wings!!! POOR repor with employees.

I don’t know what they have going on with all their chicken being red and bloody but this is the second time that this has happened and it’s not very appetizing

I have been coming here for years, and can say this location is extremely slow. I recommend to always check your bag before leaving this location, as they make mistakes often. For example, they forgot my mashed potatoes today. Employees never answer the phone. Sometimes gou get a weird or small liece kf chicken in their chicken sandwich. Overall OK, but very bad service.

Thanks to the Manager who honored my Uber Eats order! I ordered a special online and for some reason it didn't show up on Popeyes end. I asked the Uber driver to double check my order before leaving. The store called me to verify, starting they didn't see the promo but agreed to honor it. This has happened before so I was proactive and thankful of the great customer service!

Pavera was so nice an sweet she made sure I had everything fresh and best customer service ever! She deserves a raise ! Thank you again Pavera !
