I've ordered mostly chicken sandwiches here and sometimes they are assembled well, other times it's like they didn't even try. They're still delicious, but consistency would be nice.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews but popeyes you guys were absolutely pathetic and sad tonight me and my girlfriend ordered 2 chicken sandwiches only for BOTH of them to be wrong and then when I take it back they say ok and sorry and then give me the same cold sandwiches with no melted cheese and a slopped together sandwich can I have some chicken with my mayo ? They should have just been remade because by the time they fixed them they were cold . I get it it's fast food but there's no reason for such careless and miserable looking employs the entire staff looks like they need a smoke break terrible atmosphere will never come back because u guys Cleary don't care about the customers.

The manager, Wasiq and the workers have great customer service skills. I had an issue with my app, and Wasiq was able to resolve my issue all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Keep up the great work everyone!

Great service from the night crew on 4/21/25! The lady who took my order was very nice and let me know upfront there was a 20 min wait for dark meat. Oscar took the time to come out to my car and give me an update on the time! AND asked if I needed anything while I waited. I greatly appreciate this service! It’s hard to come by great customer service nowadays! Great job! And the food was fresh!

Place app Oder, arrived ask me to wait 20 min, waited 50 min. Went in to ask, the food was sitting in the counter and cold, also, wrong, I asked for all dark, didn’t get it, which was the reason to ask me to wait for 20 min. Last several time they mess up my order in different way. This location needs a new manager!!

I don't think MOO◇I MEX is an appropriate channel to be playing on the TV in a family restaurant unless the restaurant see public executions and Mexican cartels killing each other in the streets as family appropriate kid friendly programing. I would be beyond pissed if I brought my kids in the resturant and they saw Mexican cartels executing people in the street on the extremely violent show Popeyes was playing on the tv. Absolutely inexcusable for a family resturant.
