Absolute worst place to come to when they are about to close. I was told to wait when I was at the drive thru speaker. Then a black lady came on and said “what do you want to order” I placed my order and she says rudely what else. I said I want to place a second order and she responds “we’re not doing separate orders without an explanation”. So I asked why and she said “we’re getting ready to close and are only doing 1 order per vehicle”.
Mind you this is at 11:15pm… are you serious… 45 minutes before closing. I just left and took my business else where. Hire better staff with better attitudes.
Cashier got mad I told if he remake because he didn’t wash his hands his supervisor had common sense to make it for and she wash her hands now if someone was Malik your food you make sure they wash their hands
We already know Popeyes is where the best chicken is fries is at. The flavors are melting on my tongue
I go there on my lunch everyday and the store manager has been extremely nice plus the food tastes great
Came today today to get a ghostpepper sandwich with bacon and cheese i am dissapointed i got the sadwich with only sauce, i was not give a receipt at the window its my second time ordering the sandwich and have been given with only sauce, and the mac and cheese tastes and looks like it has been left out for a long time, no flavor weird texture. I would really like to get something about this i ordered the meal with a frozen strawberry lemonade with the side of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese ny total came out to 15.86 and i came around 1:06 pm i belive my order number is D1. 645

Saw a Popeyes ad on tiktok that had me craving their biscuits so decided to stop by. Haven’t ate there in years and after what happened today I was quickly reminded of why I stopped going.
I was super excited to see they were offering fried pickles and pickle glazed chicken sandwich so decided to give that a try. Opted for a combo since it came with fried pickles, a sandwich & drink. I also ordered extra 2 biscuits in addition.
Received a sandwich, drink, no fried pickles, and one biscuit…. Asked the employee for the rest of my order to which he simply responded they’re out of fried pickles… so why was that not communicated during ordering?? No apology from the employee, just attitude and got his supervisor. I really wanted to send everything back & get a refund but the manager was nice so I took his offer of 2 extra biscuits and left. Came home, ate, the food was terrible. Chicken sandwich had zero pickle flavor, biscuits dryer than the Sahara desert. What a disappointment, I should’ve kept driving
The restaurant is very clean and the manager is very nice
Everything about my experience here was great. Workers were all friendly and smiled. Helped me with digital order menu. Food came out fast, cooked perfectly. Wished the one by my house was this good! A+ location from my experiences

We just pick up an order and the food was terrible, the chicken was so dry and old and the biscuit tasted sour. I don’t know what’s going on with this restaurant. This use to be one of my favorite places to go after work but never again.
The food was fresh, the whole place was clean and it was very fast my order I will continue to come to this place for my fresh chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There's NO customer service aside from the staff gathering orders for customers. . I won't return to this location at Barker and 10. I rather go extra few miles where I can interact with human beings. I spend my money at restaurants to have ppl attend to us so they can have jobs to earn income for families and their cost of living. . Computers for ordering is not for customers like myself , defeats purpose customer service.. All companies want less labor costs.
