Gave me old chicken. So bad

I went through the drive-through this afternoon and was picking up a meal for a friend. I had the most pleasant encounter with the employee working the drive-through. I didn’t catch her name however I could hear her smile through the speaker. She was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Above and beyond. When we got to the window, she was even more Cheerful and authentic. We came to Popeyes to get some lunch for a friend and we left with happiness in our hearts and Positive energy and vibes because of this young lady. I do not know her name, but I do hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves. You have a wonderful employee in this young lady And I tried to call several times but no one answered at the phone at the location. She left us with “have a blessed day.”
And we sent her the same message back. And we all left smiling and with hearts full of happiness.
I write this because in today’s world people like this young lady Are a few and far between. I want to recognize her for her all around goodness and kindness
So thank you, Popeyes for employing such a bright, special young lady. And we will definitely be back to support this location Just because of this young ladies, kindness and compassion.
I’ll end this saying that because of her good attitude and positive vibes, we ended up having positive vibes and a great day that are still flowing right now.

Ordering was a pain. You could barely hear the speaker. Then the person taking the order added things we didn’t order. Luckily he took them off. Then we got our food and he didn’t seem very interested in being friendly. Once we got home we realized half our order was missing. Of course we should’ve checked but it should’ve been right to start with. But our food was fine. But the chicken tasted like shrimp which is concerning for those with an allergy.

Very enthusiastic and very helpful, I came in today and it was a very busy but they still managed to get my order in and out and I had no problems, the manager Bernice was very kind and had my food fresh thank you so much

I visited this store and the experience was great! They had great customer service and they made my food on time with no errors on my order. I'd go here more often to enjoy more of their food!

I’ve been coming to this Popeyes location for over 4 years, and up until today, I never had an issue. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing. The manager was yelling and speaking very fast when taking my order. When I calmly asked her to slow down, she became sarcastic and dismissive instead of being understanding.

At the end of the interaction, she yelled, “OK, do you want the order or not?!”—completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I’ve always supported this location because of the food and convenience, but customer service like this makes me rethink coming back. Treating regular customers with disrespect is not acceptable.

Food was correct but there was no utensils for the mashed potatoes and gravy.. there were also no napkins in the bag. Those two things are necessary essentials to fufill my meal
