I wish I could show you the food that was dropped off here for me and my kids to eat. Spicy tenders instead of regular ones scraped from the bottom of the pan Mac and cheese and Brittney manager says bring food back up with receipt to get replace!! Wow this is rectification? How distasteful I have wanted this for a week. Son had to go to work asked him to get me red beans and rice and tenders for kids. He gone no car no food and Brittany want to be disrespectful!! They got my $42 dollar order fixed!!

I CAME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO PICK UP SOME FOOD FOR MY MOTHER & I DIDN'T LIKE WHAT I SAW. THE CASHIER/COOK WAS TOUCHING EVERYTHING & MAKING THE CHICKEN WITH NO GLOVES ON. THE OTHER COOK WAS MOPPING & MAKING BISCUITS WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS NOR USING GLOVES. IT WAS NOT SANITARY AT ALL.

The wait person's attitude is not courteous or professional, nor is a good listener
I asked for a single spicy chicken sandwich and the cashier Andrea asked “the combo?” And I said yeah thinking she meant the meal. But she charged us $20 and then proceeded to give me a condescending look when we were confused why she handed us 2 drinks.
Lack of clear communication, could easily have double checked if we meant 2, because you go to any other fast food drive through and ask if you want the combo, you’re referring to the drink + entree + side. Repeat the order back to the customer to confirm, Andrea.
