The chicken was way past the time. It was very dry old and barely lukewarm. This order was made improperly with stale chicken. This is the second time that I've gotten chicken that should have been thrown out. The sides where lukewarm barely. The rice was crunchy as if it wasn't cooked properly.

I was missing some food, you can’t get in touch with them the phone number that they have here it disconnected. How can you call them.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through … and that was just to order. R

We asked to have legs instead of thighs and were told they don’t do that. We were willing to pay extra but still said no. I’ve asked this previously and it wasn’t a problem. I should have checked our order before leaving and guess what we got several dried out thighs. I stopped going here and was going to the location on Hwy 90 in Stafford. We decided to try them again but never again.

Every time we order from this place, our order is messed up. Missing items, half-full containers. Doesn't matter if we're there or getting delivery.

This is like my third time coming there I will never go to this Popeyes ever again in life!! Management got the nastiest attitude through the drive-through. My food was cold. I asked for fresh chicken. They told me to pull around as soon as I pull around, the manager comes out and Nasty attitude. And gave me the same food and when I questioned him, I was like you cooked it that fast. Why would I waste my time coming around here if I had done that and walked off and was saying something mumbled some words up under his breath?

There’s not enough bad things to say about this Location.. Management is horrible, the staff horrible, Service is bad, NEVER HAVE FOOD … Foe the second Sunday in a row NO DARK CHICKEN, no legs , no thighs , .. The Drive thru line I sat in for over 30min and yet still no. Chicken . Hispanic cashier guy doesn’t seem to know anything or care .What happened to customer service at this location.. It wasn’t like this before .. FRANCHISE OWNER or CORPORATE please take a look into what’s GOING on at this LOCATION !!!!!

Two weekends in a row no mild dark meat. When I settled for the white meat last week, it was old and dry. This week I was on the inside and ask what was going on he just kept repeating we don't got it several times and walked off with no explanation

The worse popeyes in Houston the cashier had a nasty attitude i had ordered 2 pice white the chicken was not fresh I ask for it to be cook fresh they gave me old chicken the cashier got sart with me I said give me my money back She said she put the money back on my card. But the money never got back on my card after a month's time.went back and they said she did I am still trying to get my money $23.is to much to just let it slide 4 pice white and two sides shouldn't be to hard to make fresh the Manger is rude also
