On November 25, 2024 around 1:20pm, I went thru the drive thru and the lady asked me if I wanted to try the big box? I asked her what's in the big box? She answered and I couldn't understand her because her English was heavily accented. I asked her to repeat what she said and she turned the order box off, came back and said how can I help you? I drove out of the line and went to another location. A person with an attitude like that can't prepare food for me. This is not the first time something similar to this has happened at this location and I was crazy enough to try them again. Employees that do not speak English well should not be on the window communicating with people that speak English. That way the employee will not get frustrated when helping customers who are trying to buy your product! Employees at this location seams angry, tired, and are not pleasant to customers. They don't say thank you after giving you your order. They appear to get irritated when I ask for a receipt. Do they not understand economics? If the customers stop buying what Popeyes is offering they will not have a job? You don't treat people any old kind of a way and think they will return to rudeness. I will go out of my way to avoid going back to this location. The owner of this franchise needs to visit and observe what is happening at their place of business. Have a secret shopper. Just try to make it a better place. Not just existing. You will have to close down soon.

I would never go back to the highway six and Fort Bend Rd. in the Kroger’s parking lot location had two roaches in my order service was bad and the staff act like they did not even care when I bought it back and show them The manager on duty act like she didn’t even care. I will have to travel to Popeyes to get food from now on.

Employees here are always rude. They talk crazy to you when ask for fresh chicken and never give you what you ask for. I wish I could go elsewhere, but since I am a truck driver the area accommodates my truck for parking. @popeyes you need better employees. Take lessons from Chick Fil A.

Went here on a Thursday evening at around 8pm and i ordered a 3 piece white with fries and my partner ordered a $6 tender box... first off, the young man at the drive thru who was serving food, didn't use gloves or a hair net, the young lady at the register walked away from the register to prepare orders and she also didn't use any gloves. A lady walked in from outside and said she had been waiting "45 mins and someone has forgotten about me..." they apologize and started to prepare her order but never really giving a reason why she waited so long... she got a free mash potato and gravy for her wait...
the lady dipping the fry basket made a larger order and it sat on the back countertop and everyone used those fries to serve orders.
All of the chicken was precooked and waiting all together in this basket, nothing was warm or fresh... it was almost as if they were about to close for the night. When i got home to eat the chicken, it was not warm nor were the fries fresh... after about 35 mins i began to have diarrhea and vomiting. Please be careful when you order from here make sure it's fresh and everyone is wearing gloves.

I'm not sure if the cashier was having a bad day or perhaps customer service isn't the job for her. The chicken tenders we ordered were hard, the biscuit was not edible, and little black particles were floating around in my lemonade. I was so disappointed because I was really hungry.

Hours of operation should be updated on the site and store if manager is telling associates to close early at 11 when weekend hours state theyre til 1am
