The inside closed earlier than expected, and when I went through the drive-thru and requested fresh food, I was told there was already too much food prepared, some of it only 15 minutes old. I thought that was a long time. The service was poor, and my food was cold. I also had a very large order.

Well.i brought me and my family of 5 to popeyes..order 14pc 2 large sides.waited 20 min inside for food...and then decided to just eat there because my kids were being impatient...so the food finally comes out ..we began to open box of chk and we noticed green mold all around the box!!..wow..i was more in shocked than i was pissed..but i had to stop for a sec and just calm down and let the manager handle it..she remade all of my food fresh and the problem was solved ..we ate and left..but i want to say to the mng and staff there..be really careful putting those boxes by heat ..they grow moist first then mold...the date i ate there was 9 -24-24, this situation coupd have been worst..but lets just hope tht whole day ppl actually looked at there boxes because tht usually doesnt happen.but to the lady at front cashier..thanks for your politeness throughout and the mng as well...it was a honest mistake..so will i be back to eat here..of course..just will check my box for mold..lol..but seriously thanks for turning a bad situation to a better one

This is the second time I've asked for pink sauce and they charge me for it, so far so good! But I ask for my receipt and they put jalapeños on it. This store is deceiving its customers. In other Popeyes stores they give you sauces to enjoy your food. Don't eat here.
