The food was good, the service was meh, I'm not sure if they are understaffed but our order always takes about 30mins to get after you put it in. We sat outside with other cars waiting. I want to say there were I think 5 cars waiting for their order besides us. The lady was kinda nice and all but I do think they just need more people working or start making the food before and not made to order .. what ever it is I hope they work it out.. other than that the food was really...

Service is not great, no organization, which I can understand with the chaos of too many customer. They need to have better communication with customers and much better line triage. I waited almost an hour for food I ordered through the mobile app. No acknowledgement and no asking me what I am there for. I work in customer service and feel if I were acknowledged I would be more understanding of the waiting. I know this is Popeyes and the service is expected to be not great.

Well.i brought me and my family of 5 to popeyes..order 14pc 2 large sides.waited 20 min inside for food...and then decided to just eat there because my kids were being impatient...so the food finally comes out ..we began to open box of chk and we noticed green mold all around the box!!..wow..i was more in shocked than i was pissed..but i had to stop for a sec and just calm down and let the manager handle it..she remade all of my food fresh and the problem was solved ..we ate and...
