Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Friday Nov 15th at 8pm waited 2 minutes in silence at the drive thru and then drove up to a very high teenager who barely was able to take our order, and ended up leaving with nothing after his co workers took him off after he was unsure if he charged our card or not. Never come here.

I ordered 2 Big 6 meals. Each was to come with 2 sides. I ordered fries, and beans and rice. They didn't put fries in one of the orders, and they were old! The tenders were good, but the fried chicken thigh and the leg were overcooked.

Made an order through uber eats, not the first time there was missing items in the order. Should require the ability to read at a 3rd grade level during the hiring process.

It was a very strange location. There was glass between the customer and the employee. Must be a high crime area. I felt various unsafe. The restrooms were locked and I had to ask for a key WHICH WAS VERY ANNOYING.

I just waited 30 minutes for them to cook 12 wings, then they gave them to somebody else. When I finally got my order it was not correct. We'll never return to this location ever again

Their new buffalo wings are small as hell. I'm talking about pinky finger small. On top of that, it was overcooked and dry to the point that it cut the roof of my mouth.

This is just the worst Popeyes location ever. Workers forgot my order waited for 40 minutes in the store & then when someone finally tended to us they only gave me 4 pieces of shrimp with my 1/4 shrimp & tender combo , the manager was present the entire time & didn’t even question why we were still there 40 min later with no food.

Manager or shift leader is full of hickies and I watched him grab an employee from behind to move her instead of asking her to move. Very unprofessional and they don't even speak proper English. They must think they are in their home country.
