We went thru drive thru late.ordered for 4.
Total $48. Chicken breasts were the size of a beef steak
Chicken, mashed potatoes, fr fries, biscuits.
They were almost closing down.

Parking: They were closing but they made an exception for the 4 of us and four other cars drove up behind us. Place staff was very kind

The lady at the widow was very rude. I guess because I came earlier that week and my order was wrong.

Just poor customer service, employees don't wanna be there and it shows.
Food portions are extremely small , just not a good experience. Will not be going back.

I waited 37min for food they told me would take 3min. They had a personal party inside and completely forgot my order. They didn’t even start it til after I banged on the locked doors of their party and was told to get back in the drive thru line that wrapped around the building for foood and /or refund. Another 18min. It was actually the manger who didn’t bother preparing my order and had the nerve to look at me crazy for disrupting the party for missing food I paid for and waited forever for. I need to be compensated so that hour of my time and the intolerable inconvenience & staff incompetence. Only order here if you have an extra hour or two to waste and your aren’t that hungry

Clean, I love comming here. Every time I come, the employees are working hard during rush hours and still take time to please me by dropping fresh straight out of the grease chicken.

I do love that chicken from Popeyes. The service was good but the food was better. I ended up ordering the spicy chicken tenders with red beans and rice for the side. The biscuit was hot and fresh, and the lemonade was on point.
