Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I made a pick up order through the mobile app, when arrived to drive thru they said to park and wait 15 minutes. I asked after 15 min what happened to my order they said wait another 15. After another 15 I was told the same thing. I ended up waiting an hour. Multiple items were Incorrect, served with wrong Ingredients, poorly made and cold.

Worst customer service. The guy forgot the biscuits. When my wife ordered, the guy cursed through the speaker in frustration. As if my wife was inconveniencing him, and he kept saying such things like "God damn" and "fuuuck". Not good. Needs immediate attention by management. My wife was too scared to ask for the dipping sauce at the end. SMH

Wow worst service of all time not only did it take about 15 mins to order then to wait another 15 just for the food to come out incorrect and cold just wow can’t believe this place is open it really needs new management I can’t stand to see this but these managers aren’t cutting it they don’t know how to supervise or manage at all especially that one manager I think keis just couldn’t believe the service they had very disappointing also the food was cold!!!! How??? don’t waste your money people!!!

This was my first time going to this Popeyes chicken. I ordered my chicken through the takeout drive-through window. they didn’t have my order through the window so they told me to park in the parking lot and they were bringing it out to me. So I waited for 30 minutes maybe 35 minutes before no one came. So I had to go inside and the lady inside said it wasn’t her. It took my order it don’t matter, they didn’t have my order ready. She had to make it up on the spot. They have a bunch of young women’s and men working in the store, but somebody needs to be there to supervise them.

The people work there very slow,they don’t take care good the customers.the order ready on the shelf but the customer ask three times for the order they say wait and then 30 minutes after they give the order to customer.

This location is horrible they never have any supplies such as ketchup, honey, bbq. I went to this location tonight they told me they don't have nothing but classic chicken. I said mild chicken they said yes. So I ask about sides they told me they couldn't cook me any fries the kitchen closed and they don't close until 12am. So I decided to go to other location and received the exact same treatment they gave me fries hard fries and was stuck together and told me they wasn't fresh cus they kitchen closed. Like for real are these people serious my order was $28 you think I came to either one of these location for hard old food. Ridiculous don't eat at either of these location west mount houston or 9707 Antoine Drive Houston Texas 77086 or 1766 West Mount Houston location DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU WANT OLD FOOD.

Oh snap, it’s been ten years since I first posted this review. Nice to see nothing has changed. I put an order in at 3:20pm Sunday, got here at 3:45 figure give a grace period. It’s 4:20 and I’m still waiting here for my order in the store.

Wonderful service as always, It really makes me wonder why people give such a low rating... their clearly the problems lol everytime I go I get treated politely and with respect. Best popeyes in the area 😉
