The building is hot. The drinks are hot. If you want fresh food you have to talk crazy to them to get it. I ordered Hawaiian punch and it came out the machine hot. When I told the lady this she says they come out the machine hot. I said not if you machine works. The lobby soda machine does not work at all.

Horrible service and managers were working this night

The night shift manager is HORRIBLE!! His attitude & customer service is VERY POOR! I’ve had to many bad experiences with him being the manager on duty and this time I am tired & have had enough! I never leave reviews but being that I was once a manager for Popeyes I am very offended with his attitude and customer service so I’m leaving one tonight! If I knew Popeyes customer service would fail like this I would have stayed employed to help maintain it! I’ve never treated a customer so rude and with so much attitude as if he/she owe me something. I am a paying customer & I waited to get my ordered took with out him telling to me hold on he just left me sitting there after he greeted me just to get pulled up to receive the wrong meal with him having a attitude because I wanted buffalo sauce instead of ranch like how you make me get what you want me to get and I met you at the door instead of you walking back and forward to help you out! I didn’t notice my food was messed up until I got home and when I called no one answer the phone I then go back and he give me more attitude as well as you give your cashier attitude when she heard what I order I said BLACKENED TENDERS & FRESH FRIES PLEASE SINCE I HAD TO WAIT ANY WAYS like I repeated it to you 3 times I guess he cant hear or read English because I got rung up for what was in the bag “5 classic mild tenders and cold fries not blackened and fresh fries smh I need someone from Popeyes to contact me about this situation so I can further explain on details he doesn’t deserve his job if he doesn’t want to be there and with good energy someone else can do it! He wouldn’t tell me his name but it’s ok we’ll figure that one out as well Mr. Attitude!

So I ordered the flounder sandwich. Got home and it was a chicken sandwich. Check your food folks

They won’t honor the specials that are advertised on their signs. They always want to charge full price.
