Foods good if they can get it right 5:00pm march 16 2024. Yall got a girl there with her lil friend in the front of the store and letting her go back to the kitchen. Shes too busy playing with this person instead of getting our orders right. We were in drive thru and we told her our food was messed up missing half our order she took our recipe and told us to pull forward. I swear That girl threw our receipt away because after waiting forever we went to go inside and there were 3 other people complaining too and the staff was never made aware that any of us were missing food and our receipt no where to be found That girl needs to goooo. I never seen that before.

There's no leadership in place @ this location. The two ladies working the front seemed like they were new and really wasn't trained properly on the register. There was a poor lack of communication that held my order up. The supervisor/ manager didn't seem to concern as the lobby area filled with customers trying to place an order. Get it together please!!!!

Do not come to this Popeyes. Came today around 10pm. Repeated the order multiple times through the drive through and had to remind him (man with glasses) the order again. Took a very long time for two sandwiches. Forgot drinks and mest up the order. Also, sandwich came with two bottom buns. Worst experience ever.

Worst Popeyes I've been to. Every single thing on my order was wrong. Even my side which were just fries.Also the sandwich was very cold and of course not spicy how I ordered. They decided to just give me what ever they wanted.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Drive through was very impatient asked me to wait i waited for 5 min or so then once they where ready they srtated rushing me through my order and i was sent from 1 personel to another and we had to start over almost just drove away the food was as expected good consistant but the service was inexperinced is what im going to say.

Food is TRASH!! Always dry & overcooked!! I periodically go to a location on Bellaire & that location is always freshly made. I know inflation is up but this owner here should be ashamed of himself for cutting corners on the brand of cooking oil OR the use of simply old/reused oil! Period! It ruins the WHOLE dining experience!! Popeyes need to whole their franchises accountable for not put out the brand!

Every time I order from here they are ALWAYS missing something .. last time it was a whole order & I got a large went back & they gave me a small .. this time I ordered 12 wings only received 7 like I wasn’t going to notice 5 wings missing .. this is what happens when they want to play around & not pay attention to their job . Not fair on people who pay for their food & don’t receive it . Then of course they are rude & can’t apologize for their mistakes

We stopped by 2 days ago around 7:40 pm. I've had some bad experiences here before like them running out of chicken, of all things, or just bad customer service, but this visit took the cake. They literally served us rotten chicken. At first, I thought maybe it was just me, but no, it should definitely have not been served to anyone. Please be careful!
