Rather slow

The place was very clean the people was nice the food was good they treat the people well a very good place to eat my food was for my lunch the chicken was very crispy I came to Popeyes and somebody name Luis was taking my order and he was so nice we had a little good conversation he was so nice and the other people in there too they was nice they didn’t take long to give me the food

I had an amazing experience at Popeyes thanks to one of the managers she said her name was carla . She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. They greeted every customer with a smile, made sure my order was correct, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their job and the customers they help. Their positive attitude made my visit so much better, and they truly deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. Popeyes is lucky to have an employee like them. I’ll definitely be coming back!

These workers need to be fired and I know that the person that's writing back is them. So don't waste my time your employees here are rude to customers, have been alerted so they better keep it cute because, I know some of them are not supposed to be back there. Just to let you know how you have no idea on who is keeping tabs on you. Good luck, on being back there and treating the wrong customers awful. You don't know who knows who and we're not telling you just be surprised ok. Yeah, so I'm letting you know that your being watched. Have a lovely day.

Ms.Sykes has wonderful customer service she always make sure to get my food out fast and fresh thank you for your amazing work

Managers at night is unprofessional and had me waiting on my food for hours

Popeyes on 4919 airline is the best I come way from 1960 to this Popeyes me and alot of my friends the chicken is always hot and fresh the sides are hot the team members and the manager is very nice they greed you every time you walk in they suggest sides and more this will forever be my Popeyes I go every day it's not a day I don't go to Popeyes I always get a 4 piece with 2 sides and 2 fresh apple pies

poor customer service. the girl at the front completely ignored me as i stood there for prolly more than 5 minutes to try and pick up an order that was already placed. turns out it was my order that was sitting right in front…. then she had a nasty attitude. smh

Get ready to wait almost 30 minutes for the most basic order even if the drive thru is empty

service here is genuinely terrible. How do you not realize you have only given someone fries and no chicken?? seems like everyone needs to be trained again. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and you can't even get it right?

I always order my chicken spicy, but they almost always give me a 50/50 mix. This time, not only did they give me non-spicy chicken, but the chicken was also dry and tasted bad.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and all I can say is I wished I checked the reviews prior, just can't trust popeyes anymore. It's not worth the visit just don't go here it's not like they are trying to do better nor are they trying to fix their mistakes. U gon get sick eat this disgusting food.

This popeyes was really good food and service wise. The guy working the window was polite, the lady handing out drinks was nice, the order was correct/complete and there wasn't a long wait.
