They always mess up on my food nothing but young kids who work here for one. The big Hispanic man in there is the manager and he was ignorant for one. He acted like his workers didn’t do nothing wrong by messing up my order he had lack of sympathy and compassion.. and lack customer service skills. They have 20 people in there not doing absolutely nothing, but can’t check the bags. Then it got a young guy on the speaker speaking to damn fast for one like he’s rushing people. This is why people be fighting and going off on Popeyes employees because they don’t give a care! They ignorant! Not all, but the majority.

The manager wanted to charge extra for the 13 piece wing dinner when everyone other Popeyes charges $13.99 for the same meal and the menu at this location clearly states the price at $13.99. They also make you pay extra to receive 2 sauces for the same meal when all other Popeyes automatically give you 2 sauces. Right is right and good customer service should always be provided . This Popey's is not doing either.
I recently visit. The food was surprisingly very goid. The chicken was fresh, Mac and cheese tasty. The person at the drive through who had different uniform than others. Anyway he had some type of skin condition and maybe shouldn’t be in drive through, it looked disgusting. Also customer service skills was a zero or non existent. No greeting and he seemed annoyed he was working. Customer Service needs improvement. And you should not be fixing food and taking money. Disgusting and unsanitary!

Was having issues with the app when trying to redeem my offer and the drive thru lady told me to come into the lobby so once I figured out what was going on I tried to go ahead and go to the lobby as the lobby closes at 9:30. Knocked on the door and the person told me to go back to drive thru again. So in case anyone needs to go in they close the lobby at 9:20. Ultimately an unpleasant experience especially when my app also directs me to go inside the store to pick up.Update: went back to the drive-thru to try to get my food and told the male my name. They asked for it again and then tried to ask me to spell it when it should be easy to read and I feel spelling out the name is unnecessary. Also if one doesn't understand the name if I'm saying it, it's definitely not going to make it any better for me to try to spell it when I can show order on my app. So at this point I'm pretty irritated with the night crew at this location.

This place needs to be closed down immediately; workers don’t want to cook anything fresh.. ask for fresh fries or chicken they say… oh the chicken just came out, like literally lying to us, you can clearly tell the food isn’t fresh, window people barely speaks english always has attitudes when your addressing a problem with your food, it’s always a problem with this restaurant!!
