I ordered 24 wings (12 boneless and 12 with bones) with the sauce on the side. However, they mixed the wings and sauce together. I told the server about the mistake, but she didn't believe me until I showed her the receipt. She then provided a replacement.
When I got home, I found that 6 boneless wings were missing, so I had to return to the restaurant to report it. The same server still didn't believe me and insisted she had packed all 12 boneless wings. They eventually gave me the missing wings, but without an apology. It felt like they thought I was trying to scam them.

The service I served cart 529rd Houston 5 pm 8/16/2024 horrible the same the employee was speaking badly about another customer and the food was purposefully not overcooked giving it one star is too much

The food has gotten worse. The chicken strip pieces were small the chicken was dry. The biscuit had no butter in top I guess they have cut back. You pull up to the window to pay and all you hear is workers speaking Spanish loudly..

I don't know what everyone's problem is with this location. This is my favorite Popeyes and they always serve me with dignity and respect and a smile. And anyone complaining about the size of the chicken, guess what? They didn't kill them they just fry what they get. Best thing about that is they fry it right. Get over yourself Karens!
