Let me start by saying that this location has really pissed me off tonight!!I ordered a #3 with mac & cheese only for me to realize that the food was cold (the cheese wasn’t melted) and the Mac and cheese was both watery and scorched! (The Westheimer/ Hayes location is 10/10)In all my years of eating at Popeyes, I’ve NEVER been treated like this! Now I know why the guy at the window asked if I needed a receipt! ?

This is my neighborhood kitchen & I tend to use the drive thru. However its usually hit or miss...when it comes to properly preparing orders. My last two visits I ordered the bone-in parmesan wings. Instead I received a sm order of hot wings that had parmesan sauce drizzled on top of extremely spicy HOT wings. Now in all my years of ordering garlic parmesan wings I've never encountered nor had wings like this elsewhere.! I spoke with the manager and showed him, he told me that's how the wings are prepared. If this is how they prepare flavored wings, I DNT WANT it from here ever again. They appear as if they're doing a "RUSH" job on the food. If you're wings aren't going to be prepared properly....why even add them to the menu! SMDH...!

Like many, I love Popeyes' recipe. Also, like many, I don't like being spoken to in a disrespectful manner. I had problems with an order that i was trying to place, and the clerk had trouble assisting. I asked her if she could ask if someone else was able to assist. She went to ask the manager. The manager at the store was very rude, short, condescending, and disrespectful. When I asked why she was being that way, she told me she was busy and had other things to do. This was surprising seeing as how the lobby was empty and there were only two cars in the drive-thru. Her name is Martha Rodriguez. She is a very disrespectful person representing Popeyes in a management role.
