I bought a 12 piece family meal and received mostly dark meat, 5 thighs, 5 legs, 2 breast, and no chicken wings! For $40 I should have received more breast and wings. If I wanted a box full of legs and thighs, I would have gone to churches chicken and paid a lot less.

I went during lunch for old food. The fries & wings were kind of fresh. Shrimp and biscuit were hard & barely hot.

I spent $30 on a 24 piece wings at Popeyes on 3103 FM, 1960 Road W I received 24 wings all of which had very little to no sauce on the wings. Just ridiculous and tell me the only way they can help me is to drive all the way back to their store. They To give me a large side for my inconvenience and wanted me to drive back 25 minutes to the store to replace the order right then in Houston traffic never I think the manager was rude if it was the manager because when I asked to speak to a manager, she laughed horrible I will be notifying corporate

We went through the drive through and they asked us to pull forward and they'd bring the order out. The car behind us was the same. After 20 minutes, the driver in the car behind us went in and they got their order 5 minutes later. I decided to go in and there were 6 people not doing much. I asked about my order and they pulled out my bag from behind the counter. I took it and ate a cold fry. I asked for hot fries. They didn't have any and were going to make another batch, but I was not ready to wait any longer. The sandwich was acceptable, but service was awful.
