I was waiting for 10 minutes, they never attended to me and I decided to go eat somewhere else. People are very slow and don't know what to do to send people away, they don't have cooking experience.

Just wasted my money

Chicken sandwich in the bomb but shrinflation hit this store. Buns were small.

I placed a drive thru order on September 4, 2024 at 11:53am. 3 piece regular chicken tender combo with French fries and added a side of Mac and cheese. The chicken tenders were cold and stale as were the French fries and the Mac and cheese was extra greasy. Needless to say I ended up trashing the entire order. I live too far away from this location and tried calling back yo speak with a manager but no answer. Complete wasted of $15 !!!

Popeyes was the closest eatery and we went several times. The food was delicious but the service was not so good. The staff were not cordial and the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming. They ALL need training in interpersonal relationships. Once when I returned I made it known there was a couple of errors with my previous order the night before. The lady listened very distractingly and said “Oh ok, no problem so I assumed she was giving me a discount on my present order. When I later reviewed my ticket, I saw NO adjustments had been made. This was totally unacceptable since that order was not what I ordered though the ticket read otherwise. I paid for something I did NOT receive. Because they are the closest to the hotel and residents flock to Popeyes is no reason not to be professional… at all times to ALL customers. It cost them nothing to at least be courteous to the customers. But no that’s not what I received, bad service is what I got. Please do better!!!!!

Terrible drive thru service the cashier had an attitude . Corporate need to send their employees to training so they can learn how to treat customers. 08/26/24 @ 9pm
Next time make sure your drink fountains have been maintained and you will not have to refill the drinks makes no sense that every drink I received taste like water and medicine ??
