I don't appreciate my my food not being what it's supposed to be in and I'm taking it back in the morning and I took a picture of my food and I better get my money back this is Thursday night at 8:20 on Alameda it was cold my pot wasn't hot and I called and called and called and no one picked up the phone

Why is this location so slow, you see all the prepared chicken but it still takes this specific location so long to box it up and serve . They constantly fall behind and have drive thru park and wait. Terrible management

The drive-thru line was long so I decided to go inside. There were only a few customers inside (1 guy, 2 groups of 3 and a couple). Both groups had ordered and u he guy was at a table, so just myself and the couple needed to order. I stood in line for about 10 minutes waiting behind the couple who too were waiting. Finally ordered and had to wait for my shrimp because they're cooked to order. Another 10 minutes. There was a seemingly homeless guy shouting on his phone that he would kill someone and the tables were dirty. The lady who helped me was sweet but very slow. Don't recommend this location if you are in a hurry or if you want to eat your food there. Oh and their spicy wing sauce is gritty and my wings looked like pigeon wings. The shrimp were good though.

The drive through line moved quickly..The cashier was friendly and a pleasure to interact with. My order was delivered promptly. Everything was nice and hot. The chicken sandwich and fries were delicious! ?
I patiently waited for quite a long time at the drive-thru. I only ordered three sides and biscuits buy when I got home, two of the sides were missing. Needless to say, I was frustrated and hungry.

My fries were cold and I had 90% rice in my red beans and rice. My biscuit was cold and tasted like strawberries although it wasn't a strawberry biscuit. Thank God I'm not allergic to strawberries Very unpleasant experience.
