Would give 0 stars if I could. Service is terrible. You can tell that everyone that works there is miserable and does not enjoy life. Honestly was disgusting to witness. The lady who took my order told me they didn’t have chicken legs as i was sitting there looking at over 12 chicken legs on the heater. It was just a mess. I’ve been coming to Popeyes my whole life. Never this location. And i will never be back to this location. Honestly should just shut this location down as everyone that was also inside there with me hated there experience as well.

Service & food is a hit or miss... I've gone at times where the food wasn't fresh, or I'm missing items. I always go through the drive-thru, never inside. Today the food was fresh but I was missing a biscuit and a pie that were already paid for. I would suggest checking your order completely before leaving the window. Staff is decent as far as customer service goes.

worst place ever. The service is bad. The quality is horrible. I bought a 3-piece chicken meal with coleslaw. The chicken was pink on the inside and the coleslaw smelled very bad the minute I opened it when I got home. I threw the whole meal away. On top it's more expensive than any other place.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. First how my order was taken was rushed, the order wasn’t even right at the end had to come back to have it corrected. He didn’t even repeat my order back so Ik what I’m paying for. Didn’t even bother to give me my receipt at least. Just made me feel worse once I got home. Don’t even bother with this location.

This store location Specifically 3019 Ella Blvd, Houston, Tx, 77018. I went there to return my chicken wrap as the tender was as small as my pinky finger. I spoke to one Female worker and she was also rude and told me that the tenders are all like that. I told her I’ve came to this exact store and had a chicken wrap before and it was not as small as that. So I asked if they can either remake it or give me a refund. They were all in the back speaking in Spanish and the manager along with other workers were mean mugging me. I asked the manager to come speak to me and she was making a nasty face towards me. I kindly asked her did she understand the concern about my order, And she kept having a nasty look on her face and was being very rude. I asked her, could I just receive a refund And she threw her hand up as if she’s dismissing me and said “cancel online since it’s a mobile order” I said, “I don’t know how to do that, Can you help me? “ And she said no, And I said, can one of you guys help me speaking directly to The other workers And they ignored me. I asked the manager for her name But she was saying it fast and I was asking her for corporate’s number and she said she didn’t have it. So when the other Female worker, I spoke to at first came back to give me my food. I asked her what was her managers name and she lied and came up with a random name. I know this because the Manager said a whole different name Then, to what the female worker told me. Every time, Me or anyone that I know Goes to this specific restaurant. The employees are extremely rude, They are not kind people. It is specifically only one race that works there and most importantly, they discriminate Because when one of their kind comes to order food, they treat them nicely versus how they treat others. Also to mention, one of the employees was eating the food and was making other people’s food shortly after that with no gloves on. The manager was right next to him & obviously did not care.

This staff there is HORRIBLE they never can gey your order right.One girl have her shirt tied up as if she headed to club the other one has a nasty attitude and dont speak correct English!Just throw the whole team members away!!!!
