I arrived at 10:00 p.m., and the doors were already locked. I could not go through the drive-thru because my vehicle was too tall. If your hours say till 11:00 pm then your doors need to stay open till then.

I just want to say the management/hiring process at this location is WILD. I have came to this location maybe 15-20 times. And more than half of those times the manager at this location is getting into altercations with the customers. They always have an attitude and don’t seem happy to be there. I have seen her refuse service to a man because a women gave him one of her coupons to use and she said how that’s “not allowed”. Then got into an argument and cussed this man out. I’m writing this review because today my chicken strips were DRY and had no meat on them. I go up there and ask for new chicken and show them. They acted like they didn’t want to fix it. They tell me to wait so I do, then they hand me the new food. Which was also DRY WITH NO MEAT. Whoever reads these reviews PLEASE sit with your team and retrain or higher better. Obviously something is wrong with your team if this location is getting this many bad reviews.

The location on Airline and North Shepherd is absolutely disgusting. Both times I’ve eaten that I’ve gotten sick and the food doesn’t even look appetizing. I prefer the Popeyes on Ella Blvd because every time I order food from here whether it be Uber eats or the drive-thru my chicken is always extra crispy hot everything is always fresh and I love it never had any issues.
.***Updated Jan 25 2025. This is my first time having to come inside because my food was made so completely wrong it reeks of urine immediately when you enter. My chicken was lukewarm and the rice in my red beans and rice was visibly hard/old but piping hot which means they heated up old rice. So disappointing

THE WORST location to come and eat. Service was nonexistent. The location was filthy. Took 15mins for a two piece meal and none of the ladies spoke English. This location definitely needs a makeover between the hours of 4pm and whenever those ladies leave. I didn't stick around long enough to find out. This instance happened on February 16th, 2025. Again I wouldn't suggest anyone come to this location until they find better employees. Period!

A lady denied us the bathroom, she said it wasn't useful, then we asked a man and he opened it for us, how could that be possible, apart from the service being delayed and it wasn't take away and they gave us everything in a bag, drinks to the public are not served and they were asked that we didn't want brisket and they said they couldn't, in other establishments we have been to they never refused.
