Did Drive thru...lady miss understand my order but quickly corrected it & gave back my over charged amount. Kids menu is almost higher than an adult meal. Use the 2piece coupon u get in the mail...makes your adult meal cheaper. And u can use the coupons more than once. At least, that has been my experience.

I have not had Popeyes in over a year. This location has made me fall in love with fried chicken all over again. The fries are nice and crispy, and the chicken is well seasoned and cooked. I loved everything about it. I drove with excitement to exchange my $6.99 chicken sandwich combo coupon. The customer service by the staff was beyond CFA standards. So friendly and customer focused. I highly recommend and will return more frequently! I give this 5/5 stars in everything.

Okay how can I start this! yesterday around 1 pm you have no idea of what happened, LESLY the manager a short Hispanic blonde lady PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED another employee HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!!!! She stroke, hit, and insult another employee, Also ALLEGEDLY RON the district manager DELETED the proof they had of her physically assaulting that man to make it seem like it was his fault THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF THAT WOMAN CAN NOT KEEP WORKING IN THERE!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted Popeyes corporation and they said they are gonna take care of this and make a proper case! WHAT KIND OF HUMAN IS THIS! and what kind of management

I placed my online order prior to arriving at the location. Once I arrived I made the front end order taker aware of my arrival. He was a young guy that obviously did not want to be of service in his current capacity as an employee of Popeyes. He quickly denied me of assistance and complained so I immediately contacted Popeyes Consumer support to cancel my order. The consumer support team was helpful with my request. However, due to the one poorly rated employee I will no longer continue to patronize businesses that allow employees to mistreat loyal customers by being unprofessional and hateful towards the store guest. It is becoming more common in society and there are options when it comes to choosing food and retail establishments.

I've gone several times & even though the food & value are good, the headache of getting the food isn't worth it. ALWAYS A LONG LINE both in drive thru & inside. Service is slow & staff seem overwhelmed, poor management.Parking: Parking lot full of potholes & next to a very busy street
