Im a loyal customer to this location 2404 Greenhouse Rd, and EVERY TIME I have a WONDERFUL experience. The employees are great and very friendly, the place stays clean and is a great dine in experience. Ana the host/ Cashier always treat me well.

They are lucky that I did not feel like going back up there because I’m right next door. I asked the cashier 4x to fry everything fresh. I even told her I would wait. I ordered 8pc spicy, cook to order. Ten minutes later she tell me that my chicken is ready . I told her that was very quick , and she continues to tell me it’s fresh. Tells me to touch the box and everything. A part of me knew she was lying but I didn’t want to be difficult. .I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they had just fried some up. I get home and it’s 8pc mild with three legs and some mystery pieces that have been recooked to make it seem fresh. She could have made her job very difficult that day by not simply fulfilling the order. The sad part is they were not even busy so there was no excuse. She barely spoke English but she spoke enough to lie. During this whole exchange I was very polite and regretted it instantly. She almost had a bad shift. So whoever was working Sunday night around 6:30, you should be careful because some people are not as nice as me.

Dine here is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's ok and it's really bad.

I ordered 3 orders of Tuesday special, look this is what i got. I got 6 dried old of chicken thighs no drum sticks at all. Those pieces hard like a rock and nasty, why would they do that to us.
