I wish I could give zero stars for the rude customer service the cashier Alexandra gave me when I ordered my chicken. When I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, she act as if she had mud in her mouth, because she could not speak up for me to hear. I finally said I will just pull up. When she came to the window, she had such a pissed off look on her dumb face. I was like thinking, either get another job or fix your face! She barely opened her mouth and rolled her eyes as I was about to pull off. I have never seen such disrespect from someone in my life. Why would anyone trust her to take an order or represent the company anyway. I tried to complete the survey, but it is not working. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone just rings. It really says something when a manager allows the cashier to be rude. But these are supposed to be the future generation of professionals. The world is going to Hell with ignorant people like that. I know Popeyes will not call me if I left my contact number because they don't care anyways.

This is by far the best Popeyes in the area (out of 4: this one, Barker Cypress & I-10, Fry & Morton, Clay & 99). Unfortunately, that's not really a compliment. They're courteous here compared to the rest, but they also do things like forget part of your order and make changes without informing you. It happens so often that I feel it's intentional. After all, since the day they opened I have yet to see a mistake that was made in my, the customer's, favor.Example: I placed an order tonight for a 10pc family pack spicy mixed and a 6pc ghost pepper wings. One of the 2 large sides, a mac & cheese, was replaced with 2 regular ones. Ummm... the regular sides are 6.5oz vs 16oz for the large, thus I was shortchanged. In addition to that, the ghost pepper wings were missing entirely. Again, this happens frequently! Even when you stay at the window and check, it'll be something not obvious like giving you regular chicken instead of spicy, etc. A customer shouldn't have to spend 5 minutes checking everything in their order in the first place. I would think this is just a failure by one particular employee, but outside of the first few weeks this particular franchise opened this has been the case, and the entire staff has turned over multiple times since then. All I can say is don't use the drive thru, allow an extra 5 minutes to thoroughly check your entire order, and hope they're willing to correct their mistakes in a timely fashion. After all, the other 3 locations are even worse.

My man and I came to this tonight. We usually come here all the time and never have any issues. But we came tonight at 9:58pm and tried to order 2 legs and a thigh, the cashier said they didn't have anymore, so we asked what do you have ? And he replied. When we asked if they could be fresh, he told us they were not cooking anymore chicken. We asked him if they were closing at 10 tonight, and he said we close at 11. So we were confused and asked again just for clarification, that they had chicken but just weren't cooking anymore. And he said yes. So we asked if he had ghost pepper wings and he said yes we have those so we ordered them. When we got to the window we asked if we were getting a discount since they weren't cooking anything fresh, and he replied "yes, I didn't charge you for the fries". My man was looking forward to fresh chicken this evening and was disappointed and undelivered !

Please do not let you’re kids work here especially if their minors . I let my son work here and had to take him out because they have minors work till midnight even though its a school night .

Dear Popeyes, it's Ðecember 26, 2023. 9:30 pm. Please check your schedule, and give all of the employees working tonight raises and free food. They are collectively the sweetest bunch of workers you could want. You have a good crew working right now and should do whatever it takes to keep them. I have worked in the restaurant/service industry for 25 years and have even managed restaurants. These employees here are amazing. They are polite, caring, kind, have awesome manners, and are good workers. Reward them please!!!! The food is good as usual too, of course.
