Mobile ordered and still waiting 20-30 mins for my order. Thought this would help since this location is notorious for being slow but it did not.

Cashier male is terrible, clothes is oily and very unprofessional not listen order ,not friendly.. manger next to him she ignore all situations..
I think is change shift between 5 pm 5 30 pm,

This Popeyes is full of idiots always giving me the wrong order making me wait up to 20 minutes for my food and giving me wrong drinks. They need to shut this whole place down or hire more competent people

Never even got my food after waiting 20 minutes. Waste of my time while I'm on the clock for work. Will never stop here on my lunch break again. Thanks for starving me while I have to get back to work.

I order online 30 mins prior to arrival, once I arrived I had to wait an extra 25 mins since it was a big order. It was only 2 family meal 10 piece each. It happens everytime I order for this location. Definitely thinking it be faster if I went to a different location even though it be a farter drive

Got to this place and nobody took my order or acknowledged me until at least 7 minutes later. I got blackened strips and I know they take a while but I waited in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. The strips were ready and even the front guy let me know but he didn’t bag it until his manager told him I was already there for a while. I finally get my order and it was missing a side and got the wrong sauce.

Absolutely loved my food!! An it's all thanks to Alexis!!! Shes the night manager there and I called and let her know what i don't eat and she immediately said… not a problem sir. I will take care of your order and I will personally fix it myself. She was so professional and courteous and she even repeated my order to me and made me feel really good about everything. Once I receive it the outside bag was so hot lol I knew the food would be amazing and it was!!! Thank you Alexis for going up and beyond to satisfy me. I will be ordering from your location from now on. I just ordered again and Alexis went up and beyond for me. It wouldn’t let me do another review so I’m adding on to this one tonight 8/20/24. I live in the galleria and the Richmond location is a-lot closer but the customer service and beyond meeting the customer experience is not there. This location is the best one in all of Houston. No question ask they go beyond T their job. Alexis even remember who I was and my order from the food to the condiments. Highly recommend this location ONLY and go see Alexis the night manager. You will NOT be disappointed.
