I’ve been eating there since I was little and never had a bad experience. Till today around 12:40 noon I went through the drive through and was met with the rudest woman I’ve met. She said “what” to begin. I asked a simple question of what comes in the new FNAF meal and she seemed annoyed and told me it was drum chicken and cheese bites. I asked does it come with a drink and she said “no!” I then went on to order my food and she kept saying I was ordering wrong? Very rude and almost yelling. Then she went away and never told us a price. We drove up and she goes “you never told me what drink you want”. We then open our food and find that she gave us the wrong information about my simple question. I don’t know her name but she should not be working in customer service.

Done with this Popeyes. I used uber eats for my order so they didn’t realize I was the customer. I ordered late. They still made me wait nearly 20 minutes and also still messed up my order. They couldn’t care less. And I regret every bite. I spoke before they could.
Addendum. I’m gonna tell what really happened. I ordered a 4 piece with several sides. The uber app told me my order was ready. I drove up and I was the only customer in line at 1120pm. They told me they were working on my apple pie. Then I waited a really long time. They were all cleaning up. No one came to the window to greet me. I would have told them to forget about the pie. The older lady handed me the food. I spoke to her because she didn’t speak to me. When I opened the box there were 5 legs my least favorite and 1 breast only. And gave me spicy. They don’t know I just had a bout with spicy african food so the last thing I want in the tummy is spice. Probably because it was an uber order they didn’t bother to tell me they were out of chicken. I would have cancelled the order. So the moral of this story is don’t use an order app, don’t go to Popeyes late and don’t eat at this Popeyes because the employees couldn’t give a rip. The contrast is real because CANES just down the street had a line around the building at the same time.
I’m thankful we have a million places to eat at hear in USA. Popeyes was having a bad day. They have too many of them lately.

The service was very slow, the place smelled of frying oil, the food was not tasty, and the chicken smelled rancid.
Take out and didn’t check the food. They missed half the order and didn’t even admit it when I called back.

Very disappointed in the service I received tonight from this location very rude employees I came the the drive Thur they spoke as if I was they were mad that I choose Popeyes the I got to the winds and the older lady completely ignored me as I tried to ask her a question I said nevermind and decided to come in and get my money back I got in and they tell me I have to come back tomorrow to get my money back because it’s a new system so I get my food the employee with the braids start going back and forth with me saying why you want your money back I tell her that they are rude she says we busyit don’t matter I’m a guest the the manager tells her to be quiet I’m a general manager in food service and I know it gets overwhelming but never act that way towards your customers we are all consumers somewhere

We came to this restaurant after a concert and Sharee was PHENOMENAL. She went above and above to accommodate us after having to come inside from the drive-thru at her urging.
This employee provided us with stellar service and great food. We don't have any open Popeyes in our area anymore so it was great to have red beans and rice, chicken, those biscuits and that wonderful apple pie.

Romana M. the shift manager and Roderick Powell and Everitt O two cooks were GREAT. The place was super busy and they were short workers. Romana and her staff made sure my food was hot and the order was correct. She was working both the drive thru window and the front counter because they were short on staff. Romana M. is incredible. She is truly a super asset for Popeyes. Roderick Powell and Everitt O. were super busy but were moving fast and insuring everyone got their food hot with no problems. I strongly recommend this Popeyes chicken location.
