I was craving grilled cheese and tomato soup and Postino delivered the delicious manifestation of my craving.

Came in and sat for 20 minutes no one came and took my order. Approached a sever and asked if anyone was serving the outside area he said yes and that he would be right with me. No one ever came so i left. I guess they don’t feel the need to be attentive to customers.

I absolute love this Postino at Uptown Park. I came here for an afternoon snack. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told her I don't drink alcoholic beverage. She showed me the non-alcoholic wine and it was so delicious paired with the bruschetta.

The food is very good, in general going to Postino is very pleasant, but the last few times they added food to our order that we did not order, when we asked for the receipt, they told us that they ran out of paper, (the same thing both times) I asked them to send it to the phone and then I realized that they had added items that we did not ask for. So make sure you are only paying what you requested.

Perfect venue to host a Bridal Shower/Happy Hour for a co-worker! The menu offered something for all dietary needs, great selection of wine and drinks and reservation process was a breeze. The Manager and wait staff were on point with service and meeting our requests. Highly recommend this location.

Food is super amazing and great, however it took 4 times to ask for sugar for my tea because each time the server and another guy forgot. Then, it took about 15 min before someone noticed that I needed a refill and I asked “hey can I get a tea please with no orange?” And he said he already rang it in but then it took another 5 min before I got it. I have an orange allergy which is why initially I asked for no orange and when they brought it out it had one. I didn’t feel like waiting another 5 min for one so I just asked for it to be taken off my check. The gentleman who busses the tables in a blue button down was super attentive, it was the servers who were lackluster. Seems like it would take me having to order a drink or glass of wine in order for them to pay more attention. The atmosphere is great and we love getting the food here. But I think I’ll stick to going to another location instead, because this is the 3rd time in a row that we have had inattentive bad service.

I’ve been a loyal client for 5 years since moving here from Dubai, consistently spending a significant amount and bringing new people to your establishment. But after what happened, I’m done. My group was kicked out to accommodate a larger party, and we agreed without hesitation. The manager handed me 4 cards for free drinks as compensation. I used 3 on one visit, and suddenly, the staff got offended that I wasn’t spending more money. They declined my 4th card with a pathetic excuse, forcing me to pay over $4. That level of greed and unprofessionalism just cost you a loyal customer and a lot of future business.
