I have been to other Postino locations in Houston and used to frequent this one a lot but their service is always a let down.

I came in with friend that uses a mobility device and one of the waiters wanted to store it away from her and have her ask them to use it. I will not be coming back but I hope they reflect and not do this to other disabled customers.

Came here with my book club as we do every month, and they’ve always done a deal where our first round of wine if free. Only after we ordered our food + wine and ready to pay the rude manager (wearing an orange shirt that night) let us know it ended a month & a half ago but we just got the deal last month and that it was only a summer promotion, but we’ve been coming here for over a year for that deal. Book club will be picking a new spot next month!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Postino’s catering at Artavi Med Spa’s 6-year anniversary party, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The highlight of the event was an incredibly massive charcuterie board that turned heads the moment it was unveiled. It was a feast offering a stunning variety of perfectly arranged meats, cheeses, fruits, and more.

The treats didn’t stop there. Postino brought along the most delicious cookies and brownies that left everyone at the party raving. Each bite was pure perfection. And the brochettas? Absolutely incredible! Every piece paired perfectly with the rest of the offerings.

I loved everything so much that I visited Postino for lunch the very next day, and they did not disappoint!

In a time where good service is hard to come by, Postino Heights really stands out in a good way! Every time we come here the staff is friendly, service is fast, and food is delicious. While being focused on wine, they are also very kid friendly (kid menu that you can color with provided crayons). I want to shout out our server Lenny who checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. She was really top notch. The manager Taylor was also very friendly and professional. The hostess Dahlia was super sweet and friendly as well. The other stuff who I did not get names for were all really helpful too. The entire experience is always very enjoyable and it’s really refreshing to go to a restaurant with excellent service.

This was my first time at this location but I’ve been to others before. Horrible experience. Don’t go there I guess if you have a comp card or to go orders because they’ll be rude and give you attitude. A few of us were standing at the front and no one even acknowledged us. As soon as I told the girl at the bar I had a to go order she immediately gave attitude. If you don’t want take to go orders don’t have it as an option then be nasty towards customers.

A changing table for your baby in the men’s room wins my heart anytime for equality! And of course good bites and wine!

I had a salad with too much poppy seed dressing. I should have had the dressing on the side. That's my bad. I was expecting that the blue cheese that came on it would break up the sweet a bit. That would have certainly helped had there been more than two small pieces. I had a skewer of chicken added, and that helped with the sweetness. My daughter liked her tuna paninni fine. The olive oil cake was dry and heavily sweet. Olive oil cake should have a pound cake consistency. This was more like corn bread.
I was fine with the sub-par food. It was the overly loud music and wild t.v. (I can't even describe it) going on that made me want to leave. It was busy, and a lot of people were trying to be heard over the noise. It made for an overly stimulating atmosphere. I literally had to keep myself from walking out. Maybe had he food been better, I would have felt better about all the noise or maybe if the noise level had been a few decibels, lower it, I would have felt better about the food?
As it was, though, it was a very expensive, frustrating dining experience.
