I had a terrible experience at Potbelly’s drive-thru. Alyssa was extremely rude and showed a complete lack of customer service when I pointed out that my sandwich was made incorrectly. Instead of fixing the issue or even apologizing, she got upset and was unprofessional. Definitely won’t be returning.

I ordered a pizza melt with no mushrooms and it seemed like they added extra mushrooms out of spite or something. The picture below is all the mushrooms that were just on one half of my sandwich.

The new employee had me waiting 10 minutes to order food. I thought that they had an emergency inside the restaurant so I waited patently, after I said “hello” again she started taking my order right away. The order took forever to be ready and they asked me to pull up which never happened before. Terrible service!

First time having PotBelly nd im very disappointed. Ordered online for pick up. Picked it up nice nd easy. Got home, opened it nd this is what i got. Thinking it was going to be much better like in the picture. But ig not smh 🤦🏻‍♂️

Stephanie went above and beyond to not only make me a new sandwich that was made incorrectly the first time, but also to bring it to me after her shift was over. Along with a coupon for future use. She was so sweet and it made my day to know that people like her still exist. Shout out Stephanie at potbelly west road and bw8.

I’m disappointed with the management here. The fountain drink machine hasn’t been working for over a month, and when I asked about it, the manager was rude and didn’t provide any real explanation. What’s frustrating is that the drive-thru fountain machine works, but we can’t order from it in-store, so we’re forced to pay extra for a bottle of soda. It feels like a money grab. Poor customer service and communication!

Recent experience was a horrible one. Placed an order at 12:44pm and it said it would be done by 12:54pm so my husband went to go pick it up, they were just STARTING IT 25 min later! What’s the point of having online ordering if orders won’t be fulfilled the time they are supposed to be? Not to mention a young Hispanic girl having a horrible attitude with my husband and being flat out rude to him. Don’t work here if you aren’t going to have a servant attitude, leave. Don’t know if we will be back here.

When I first visited Houston for a work conference in 2019, the local office took me to this very same Potbelly restaurant, and I recalled it being GREAT!

We still went to lunch here every other week or so, and it was GREAT!

Today, when Grubhub dropped off my food, I met the driver at the door and brought food in. I was taken aback when I took the $12 salad out of the bag, it was the WORST salad condition I've ever seen, not just brown iceberg lettuce it was dark brown, cucumbers had a mucous type consistency and look and feel. How on earth can they let this go out like that?

The sandwich also was made with the very same as the salad.

I'll NEVER eat at another Potbelly again. I called into the restaurant to which they even said they threw out bad lettuce the "other" day!!

We went to place an order at 9:25am, but a lady in charge told us they are open until 10:00 am. The door sign said 9:00am, same time online. All the online times said 9:00am, she was very rude. As a manager you should not approach guests in the manner she did. I feel like she just did not want to serve us, there was another gentleman who was willing to help us. She is rude and should be corrected.
