I've ordered Chicken SW through Doordash and they have sent me someone's HAM SW which was supposed to be sent by Uber Eats. Doordash denied my request because they are BLIND to see the difference.

Sad experience, walked in, two workers behind the counter, one sweeping and one on what sounded like a personal phone call. I waited maybe a minute or two, never greeted or even acknowledged. Ended up walking out.

Very competent workers. There was three people working when I came in last night two girls one male, I didn’t see their names bc it wasn’t visible on tag but they gave me great service! The young lady that took my toppings was so sweet and not to mention hilarious. My food was amazing and service was over the top. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

They are too busy to care about who’s checking out, who’s there for delivery or pick up. Even after customers went through the line. Wait time was out of control. Not very good leadership and inattentive. No delegating,. “We’re just waiting on…….” 20 min later one sandwich. Tons of frustration. Look at the cameras smh

The service was amazing! My order was misplaced through DoorDash and I called the store to see what happened. After talking to the Manager, she assured me that I would get my food refunded and that she would deliver it personally. Excellent service, thank you so much!!
I can't recalled how the quality of services has been. I have been ordering food here many years. Quality of services worst than I have expected in years. Very ill manner behaviors of staffs, lack of knowledge. I can't give more than a single star rating. If I know the names of these staffs. I will put them down for you diners to be prepared

Unless you’re ok with 45 minutes wait time for online orders (has happened multiple times at this time for me at Vintage park location), do not use their app at all. Inconsistent food quality. Sometimes they just don’t warm the food. Sometimes they forget stuff.. it’s messy.
