Another Potbelly with the worst/slowest service. What has happened to this chain?

I will be speaking with area manager The two guys that work at night don’t like each other and it affect there performance at work the manager DENIM is a very rude guy he continued to make faces and hand gesture showing irritation NEED NEW CREW night and new manager

So yummy! The shop smelled amazing right when I walked through the door. Very clean and special drinks were fully stocked. I had the avocado turkey sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup, and my boyfriend tried the prime rib steak. The cashier was really kind and made sure to check with us about what toppings we did and didn’t want on our sandwiches. Super glad he did, because I forgot to mention no cucumbers so that was a nice save. There was a mixup on one of our sandwiches, but when we brought up the error, they were quick to offer a new sandwich and fixed the issue immediately with no hesitation. The soup was so hot which I loved. I even had to let it sit with the lid open for about 5 minutes before I could eat it but that’s fine by me. I love love love this place and I can’t wait to come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kelsey, the General Manager, was AMAZING from start to finish for my recent catering order. He was dealing with a hot water heater issue when I initially called in to place my order (which he was unable to take then due to the issue), but because he was so transparent and friendly, I decided to hold off on placing my order elsewhere. I called back the next morning and luckily the issue was fixed and I was able to place our order for delivery later that day. Kelsey was awesome in making sure several of our items were made with specific dietary modifications and assuring my order would be delivered on time. The food was exactly as ordered and arrived right on time! I was so impressed by my experience with Kelsey and look forward to ordering from his location again in the future!

Had a sandwich there Nov 3 after church, ham&turkey. Within an hour had bad diarrhea, cleaned me out over the next few hours. Not good at all. Don't have to have that experience twice; I will not go back again, ever.
Parking: You can park, but enter at your own risk.
Consistently good food with cheerful execution. Potbelly stays on my rotation for a reason. I also really like that I can tailor my meal for low cal or carbo load depending on my needs!

My sandwich was hella good, exactly what I was craving. A couple hours after I ate half my sandwich I got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced in my 37 years of being alive. I probably won’t return bc I’m terrified. I dunno what happened but please follow food safety guidelines bc it was not fun being that violently ill with 2 small toddlers.

I am so frustrated. I ordered $16.00 worth of food through the app. My food did not show up after an hour, and the delivery person returned it to the shop. I called to ask for a refund, and they put me on hold for 25 minutes. I called back several times, and no one answered. I have had issues in the past with this shop, but I do love their food. This is ridiculous!
