Put in order online 40.minutws ago and it's not moved to in progress status yet. Tried calling and didn't even get voicemail. It just hung up on me.

Attempted to order but the customer service was so bad I told them I wasn't interested before they got any further. The staff lacked professionalism and offered poor customer service.

Very long wait time, staff was dismissive. Another man next to me had a to go order waited at least 10 minutes when his bag was sitting right behind staff but his name was never called to get it. I ordered a milkshake when it was my turn to order, it was called out and staff made no effort to make it ahead of time. I waited 10 minutes for sandwich to be made with toppings to get to cash register and still no one had started milkshake. Why call out at order to make it when nobody cares to make it ahead of time? Especially in downtown Houston where people are busy and only have a little time for lunch break this location is a poor choice.

I went to this location today for lunch due to a recommendation from a colleague. From the host,to the beginning on the prep line,everyone was friendly. Feels good to be greeted with a smile. Jalen was the host. He was very helpful as he not only advised me of the survey on the receipt,but he suggested the S’mores cookie which was so delicious!! Too bad the won’t be back until next year. I had the $7.99 combo. Good to know you can eat healthy for a reasonable price. And they have Zapp’s chips!! I will definitely patronize again in the near future.

I felt very uncomfortable being here, there were 3 ppl (1 boy, 2 girls) working around 1:45pm on 8/18/24, I felt like such a bother just needing to order my food. The atmosphere was miserable. The food itself was good, except the potato soup. I would not recommend this place to anyone, go to another location!

I am door dashing and we had 2 orders for pai Saigon and potbelly so I told my daughter to go to Saigon because we were at this place when I got the dash so I had to use the restroom really bad and ask for the key and a black women tod me only for customers and I told her we were door dashing and she said when I pick up I can use it and I said really and she said yes. Rude really can't even accommodate door dashers when we are making money for both door dash and potbelly. I would suggest you order your food somewhere else we are trying to get the food fast to deliver fast and keep customers happy so wherever we stop they should accommodate us. This is very poor service. N that's because we park right outside to get dashes because it's a hot spot and when we are there waiting we always buy sandwiches and their strawberry malt. Won't be doing that nomore NO MORE BUISNESS FROM ME!!!!!!!!

regular iced tea n sweet n low at 8pm when the starbucks walkin cashier begins to tidy up
I’m writing this review because I have the potbelly’s app that I like to use for the points. However, someone got into my potbelly’s account and ordered food to be picked up because my card was on the app and I saw the email about the transaction so I called the store three times in a row to cancel the order so that these people wouldn’t come get the food they placed on my account. I’m extremely disappointed because they never answered the phone or called me back when I called three times so now I have to call customer service about this location and this all could have been stopped if they would have picked up the phone.

It disappoints me to write this review; however, this afternoon I went to pick up my online order at this location. I had my service dog in hand as I was traveling with him at this time. Upon entering the premises, immediately the young woman working the counter asks "Is that a seeing eye dog?" Confused by the question, as this is not the initial approach by most in the service industry who are trained in handling this situation, I replied "Yes - wait, no. He's a service dog, though." She replied "He needs to be wearing his service vest." As I am very familiar with my rights having a service animal, I replied "Legally, he does not need to wear a vest." She then replied, "I need to see his service papers." Once again, I know my rights, so I replied "Legally, I do not need to show you my service papers. I'm just here to pick up my food, anyways." I'm already pretty insulted at this point as this employee is withholding my food until she sees my documentation insisting that it's some "policy" to see documentation....which I know cannot be true because it's against the law. Nevertheless, I comply and show her my service papers, and she reluctantly hands over my order.This was a complete violation of my rights and truly, this could be escalated a lot further if I chose to do so. Potbelly, please educate your employees on how to navigate customers with service animals as this was completely inappropriate and very ignorant quite frankly. Resultantly, I have no desire to return to this location anymore, and I hope you do better.
