I usually get the same thing here. This was the third time in a row that they forget something in my wrap. This is also the last time I waste my money here. It's not hard to put the correct ingredients in my wrap.

We placed an order of several sandwiches and salads through Door Dash last weekend. When our delivery driver arrived, we realized that we were two sandwiches short, one of our sandwiches was wrong (not what we had ordered) and the drink we ordered was wrong. We immediately told our driver, who referred us to Door Dash and to the restaurant. So far our partial refunds have been denied. Super frustrating that you can’t rely on this restaurant to send out a correct order. Beware if you’re ordering through a delivery company, because when they mess up your order, you’ll be out of luck.

I’ve been going to this Potbelly’s the last few years and they’ve been pretty consistent with their quality of food and ingredients. Recently, I’ve noticed a change in the atmosphere over the last few months. Jalen and Marquise provide great customer service and keep up a positive attitude no matter how many customers are in line or dining in.

Wife and I stopped by. Tried to order. No one greeted us. No one acknowledged us. Music was ridiculous loud. Waited almost 10 mins. Walked out and went to Chipotle on the same plaza. Where we were able to have customer service and a meal. Never returning to Potbelly.

I had a fantastic experience at Potbelly, thanks to Valerie! She is an outstanding manager who goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of. Her friendly and welcoming attitude creates a great atmosphere, and she clearly leads her team with efficiency and care. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and Valerie made sure everything was just right. It’s always great to see a manager who genuinely cares about their customers and staff. I’ll definitely be back!
False advertisement! My gf downloaded the app and tried to buy a kids meal combo to satisfy the requirement to receive the free sandwich and they did not allow her to! Then she bought the kids meal with the water bottle supposedly included because it’s in the picture and was told to get tap water out the broken soda water machine. Wow! Every other company app I’ve ever downloaded such as McDonalds etc they honor everything no ifs ands or buts about it! If you can’t honor what you got posted on your website I won’t spend a dime! She spent close to 30.00 bucks when I would have just walked out smdh

Attempted to order but the customer service was so bad I told them I wasn't interested before they got any further. The staff lacked professionalism and offered poor customer service.

Very long wait time, staff was dismissive. Another man next to me had a to go order waited at least 10 minutes when his bag was sitting right behind staff but his name was never called to get it. I ordered a milkshake when it was my turn to order, it was called out and staff made no effort to make it ahead of time. I waited 10 minutes for sandwich to be made with toppings to get to cash register and still no one had started milkshake. Why call out at order to make it when nobody cares to make it ahead of time? Especially in downtown Houston where people are busy and only have a little time for lunch break this location is a poor choice.
