It disappoints me to write this review; however, this afternoon I went to pick up my online order at this location. I had my service dog in hand as I was traveling with him at this time. Upon entering the premises, immediately the young woman working the counter asks "Is that a seeing eye dog?" Confused by the question, as this is not the initial approach by most in the service industry who are trained in handling this situation, I replied "Yes - wait, no. He's a service dog, though." She replied "He needs to be wearing his service vest." As I am very familiar with my rights having a service animal, I replied "Legally, he does not need to wear a vest." She then replied, "I need to see his service papers." Once again, I know my rights, so I replied "Legally, I do not need to show you my service papers. I'm just here to pick up my food, anyways." I'm already pretty insulted at this point as this employee is withholding my food until she sees my documentation insisting that it's some "policy" to see documentation....which I know cannot be true because it's against the law. Nevertheless, I comply and show her my service papers, and she reluctantly hands over my order.This was a complete violation of my rights and truly, this could be escalated a lot further if I chose to do so. Potbelly, please educate your employees on how to navigate customers with service animals as this was completely inappropriate and very ignorant quite frankly. Resultantly, I have no desire to return to this location anymore, and I hope you do better.

The food is great and the staff is polite but the parking lot is too small for all the businesses in the strip center. The food bins where pickup orders are placed need to be moved to the back where people picking up can be watched. My food was stolen before I even got there.

First impressions, staff let me stand there for over 5 minutes then a girl just came to the counter and stared at me. She finally asked what I needed. I was unaware I was standing in the wrong spot to order (was at the checkout). Three staff members and not one said hello or can I take your order. I chose the steakhouse beef and when asked if I wanted any additional items on it I said I just want what comes on the sandwich. The girl gave me attitude and points to the board 'so you don't want any of these additions toppings?". I again state no just what comes on the sandwich. Took it to go and the first bite literally tasted like the meat was rubber. I ended up just throwing it away. Will definitely not be purchasing from here again

I came to Potbelly for the first time today and I was pretty impressed. All of the staff here were very nice and friendly. While I was waiting on my pick up order a staff member touched base with me to make sure I didn’t need any assistance—which was appreciated.The sandwich was excellent but the veggie soup is what’s bringing me back. Definitely some of the best veggie soup I’ve had in awhile. It wasn’t bland at all. My only complaint is that I wish I’d have gotten a large soup and not a small it was so good.

I got a sandwich here in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy with maybe 1-2 people in shop. When I ate my sandwich a corner piece of plastic was stuck in my food. Looked like it was some sort of packaging with ridges at end. I hope this wasn’t on purpose but like I said it wasn’t busy at the time. I tipped very well to avoid this kind of thing so I won’t be back here. No one reached out to me from customer service after submitting feedback, which is disappointing

food is good! love it so much! it’s not bad at all but when you as an employee is rushing through it to get people out of your way, things tend to be forgotten like when I asked for almost all the toppings and sauces or you come off as rude because you and your coworker is more worried about where someone should order than how to actually you know … make my food. i didn’t get a picture of the food like I said it’s not bad at all but I was pissed at the customer service from the big white girl. didn’t get ya name but i’m pretty sure if I messed up your food, there would be a problem.. wouldn’t it?i did get a video of the atmosphere which i did get to enjoy! and my boyfriend did have a point regarding the ignorance and weird vibe I was getting from the employee but it is strange we can’t see anyone make our food.. i’m 5 feet so i know i can’t but to hear my 6’3 boyfriend say he don’t trust it and couldn’t see our food being made either is pretty sus. i’ll just be ordering from UBEREATS from now on. at least at this location.
I wouldn’t know what the food tastes like because we never got it. We ordered through Uber Eats at 8:30 and the order was accepted and payment received. When the Uber driver went to pick up the order, the door was locked and no one is answering the phone. Don’t advertise that you’re open until 10pm and accept orders and payments when you’re not. I will never visit another Potbelly’s again. This is completely unacceptable.
