Food was served in good portions.
Came in looking to get a hot sandwich and be in and out but there was an excessively long line. When I asked other customers ahead they said there was bread shortage and one said the employees were asked to place the bread packaging above the oven so it can thaw. This is unacceptable since heated plastic and food having contact is a food hazard! The oven can melt the plastic and have it stick to the bottom of the bread! This isn’t on the employees making the food but rather poor management decisions. Managers should make sure during busy hours everything is IN STOCK to make sure the customers are satisfied. On top of this other customers complained about their sandwich having cold/lukewarm bread. I used to love this place but after today I have been severely let down. Management NEEDS to step it up

I’m on my lunch break and came to get a sandwich just for the employee to tell me they couldn’t make one right now and i look over the bread is on the oven it’s a hazard for a fire to start with the melted plastic idk but the managers need to do better i just wasted my time coming in.

Every time I go into this location I leave stuffed. I absolutely love the wreck with bacon, avocado, mayo, mustard, lettuce and extra peppers. It’s always delicious. They also have the best broccoli cheddar cheese soup. Always hot and tasty.
Only reason I gave 4 stars on service is because the woman adding toppings to my sandwich got upset when she said my order back and I corrected her about wanting avocado like I stated..she then proceeded to argue with me saying I didn’t say avocado. I was with my mom and she said I did say add avocado.
At this point a line is starting to form behind us. The woman who works the bread area who takes the initial order (who was so nice) asked twice if she could help her with orders but she refused her help.
I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but the gentleman at the cash register made up for it with his bubbly personality and politeness.
This place offers outdoor seating with umbrellas. Place and tables were clean. Overall this place has such great sandwiches I recommend people give this place a try instead of jersey mikes or subway. Taste and quality is way better than other places.
They also have their hot pepper in a jar for individual sale as well. People really do love them. Sooo good!

I came here for lunch. Honestly I’m disappointed that I had to wait so long for my food. The employees looked very frustrated. You can tell they weren’t having a good day at all. The manager, I think her name was Lauren, had a poor attitude when it came to dealing with customer requests and was rude and dismissive to people with online orders, who waited at least 30 minutes to get their order. During the time there were only two customers in line.
It seems the employees are more interested in talking to each-other than doing their jobs and the manager seems to allow it.
The store is was dirty. Floors were sticky, tables not wiped down.
I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you want a good quick experience.
I’ve given this location multiple chances just in case it was an off day. Unfortunately it seems to be every day I go in.
I’ll never come back to this location. I’ll gladly use the extra mile in gas to go to the location on Kirby.

Every time I come to this location I am met with great service. ANIYAH (!!!) is so incredibly kind and interacting with her always puts a smile on my face. If any management is reading this, I am pleading with y’all to give her the recognition she undoubtedly deserves!!

I will never go back there again they treat their employees poorly and the food is not all that and I felt very unwelcome I feel like they racial profile there.I do not recommend if I can give zero stars i would.

Staff and GM go above and beyond. I ordered incorrectly online and they really did amazing to help me out. Plus the food is great!
Ordered food for 50 people with confirmed 11 am pickup, but it was an hour late and delayed my event. They offered a partial refund, which I appreciated, but this isn’t the first time my company has had problems here. Frequent orders from my office often run into issues, so I can’t really recommend this location.
