I love Potbellys. I first started eating there in Dallas. I recall their first location off of Preston. It was so much better than Subway in quality, atmosphere, and customer service. A difference of day and night. The employees there are cheerful and always willing to help and make sure your order is done right. There is one employee there by the name of AVA. One employee (KY I tnink…it’s the girl with the tattoos) does all the work. She toasts the bread and then puts toppings on etc. three other employees including a dude, a black girl and a big white girl, just stand doing nothing.
When she got done making my sandwich, she then wipes the tables, cleaned the seats, and then broomed the floors.
The only contribution the larger white lady made during this time was to laugh when the broom...

Fantastic meal ! The queso , elk tacos , fried green tomatoe ,and onion ring appetizer was really good . The Steak , wedge salad and all the sides were exceptional as well . This is a really great meal at a competitive price point . I highly recommend Haywire as the staff , the ambience , and food stand out even in Houston !
