The guys working around 8:15 pm on Friday April 26th we’re incredible! Seriously the best airport food experience I have probably ever had, and I’m a big traveler. Good group of employees here going above and beyond

You know those restaurants that have 6 employees (including the manager) taking up space but only 3 working? This is one of those. Long line with time crunches due to departing flights (in an airport). Kudos to the 3 actually working trying to take up the others' slack. I walked away without ordering because I ran out of time and patience.

I got the A Wreck and it was good—better than subway, but nothing special. $11, which is a lot, but not bad in the airport. The line was long and slow, but the workers were nice. Giving four stars because I asked for cheese on half, and they put cheese on the whole thing.Dietary restrictions: I asked for no cheese and they forgot. Had to peel the cheese off myself (lactose intolerant)

I will never spent $13 on a sandwich at this place again. It was all bread and hardly any meat, no bueno. I asked for a chicken Mediterranean sandwich and there was hardly any chicken on it. Places are getting so stingy with their toppings etc but their prices keep going up.

Waited in a long line to find out there’s “no salads” at 11am?!#

The employee named Keke, the one that takes the initial sandwich order, is wildly unpleasant.

Assembled my sandwich so it fell apart when removed from bag. Avoid like the plague.

What to eat at the airport? My husband and I chose this sandwich shop. We shared a large tuna sandwich. OMG it was so good! I added all the free toppings. The peppers were spicy. The sandwich was messy. I haven't stopped thinking about this sandwich since we traveled through. It's been a couple months now. I wish someone would open a franchise in CA. I will look for this place anytime I'm anywhere else because it was so good!

Out of basically everything, should just close down and open the next day if only 5 menu items are available.

I was looking forward to the real thick strawberry milkshake but they were out of ice cream and unable to make it. I then asked for the egg nog shake and they couldn't make that either because they add ice cream to it too. My last trip here was 6 months ago and I was so looking forward to that milk shake but. It didn't happen.

We had a five hour layover at IAH, which was brutal but this lunch made it more tolerable. I had a potbelly sandwich right next to my dorm in college, but haven't seen one since, so I was pumped to enjoy it for lunch! We chose the BIG meatball sub with banana peppers. Y'all, it was heaven! The bread was toasted to perfection, the meatballs were moist and fresh and the staff was very efficient and kind!

Don't give employees tips here. They make them deposit the tips and the company keeps them the employees do not see a dime of it.

I got the pizza melt on flatbread and it was incredible, almost making me want to go back for another one. I also got their seasonal shake which was delicious. I wasn’t expecting to find food this satisfying in an airport.
