Potente was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The small attention to detail is what stood out. The various members of the waitstaff were attentive while also not being overwhelming. The food portions and varying taste profiles made for a unique food experience. My wife and I typically share plates to try various meals and the spaghetti and the steak were both delicious. They nailed the medium on the steak. We celebrated my wife's birthday and the hand written birthday card with the various waiters signatures was a nice touch. Will visit again.

The staff was impressive polite extremely attentive and the food was amazing I normally chose the dish my partner made excellent suggestions we were looking for the cheese wheel cacio e Pepe unfortunately misunderstood the menu still no disappointment

Had dinner here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The service and the food was exceptional. Kristine did a wonderful job explaining the menu and suggested great options and really impressed us. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great, had a good vibe and we could still watch the Astros play without sitting in the bar area. This has landed on our top favorite restaurants to go too so we will be back soon!
