Potente was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The small attention to detail is what stood out. The various members of the waitstaff were attentive while also not being overwhelming. The food portions and varying taste profiles made for a unique food experience. My wife and I typically share plates to try various meals and the spaghetti and the steak were both delicious. They nailed the medium on the steak. We celebrated my wife's birthday and the hand written...

I must say this was the best experience I have had with fine dining!!!! The staff was impressive polite extremely attentive and the food was amazing I normally chose the dish my partner made excellent suggestions we were looking for the cheese wheel cacio e Pepe unfortunately misunderstood the menu still no disappointment
